  1. haha. this dude is going to suck in Oakland. Cant wait till White shuts him down.
  2. I can see a trade-up in the event that someone like Bosa or Q. Williams (or whoever the Bills like) falls. Nothing suprises me at this point, except if the Bills used all 10 picks. I see them trading up in the 1st; staying put and coming back into the 1st; or trading back in the 1st, then trading up in the 2nd for a bunch of late 1st/2nd round type guys.
  3. Yes, I think it does. (1) they will take BPA at 9, which is going to be a defensive player, hence the offensive binge during FA; (2) they will not need to draft 10 players for depth, some of the FA signings are great depth. They will want to hit on 2-4 impact players, and they can get it from 9, later 1st round, and 2nd or 3rd. I can also see them flat out trading down if the defensive player they want is not there, then using the picks to have multiple late first/high 2nd round picks.
  4. this would be a fantastic signing. I'm surprised he's still around
  5. Versatility. Another seemingly great depth signing.
  6. OP is getting an early start to the weekend with the day-drinking!
  7. Agree with this. But we should not have picked him at #19. He plays like a guy drafted in the 2nd or 3rd, where he should have been taken. He's still good depth and/or that ability to be an average to above-average starter, and as you stated, last year was his best, so I'd def exercise the 5th year option.
  8. agreed. taking White if he is there at 9 or getting a haul (switch 1 and get 2nd) from PIt or Balt.
  9. as long as 4of those 5 are against the pats and jets!
  10. Tillery scaring me a bit after reading this. Particularly the part about his actions on Twitter, and stomping on opposing players, plus inconsistent effort prior to last season: https://thedraftnetwork.com/player/jerry-tillery
  11. I can envision a scenario where Bean thinks that he is the BPA at #9. He does check a lot of boxes for the OL. But I think the Bills also want a plug and play run blocker to setup the run game, in turn opening the passing game. I'm not sure they would take someone who is not great at run blocking. (but, as you stated, it could be a rep thing that the OL coach believes he can fix).
  12. Hughes is often in a holding pattern by other teams OL. Get him some help, and that should likely decrease (hopefully).
  13. I'd like Tillery in the 2nd, and Wise from KU later in the draft.
  14. l think he's the best QB in the draft.
  15. I'm not a gambler, but if there was an in-stadium app (I'm not leaving my seat to gamble) about who will have the most 1st downs, rushing yards, sacks, etc. Perhaps each quarter, or by half, I'd def play if the buy-in was reasonable (under $5). It would also, as another poster stated, keep the game interesting when we are blowing out other teams!
  16. the White on OBJ matchup will be great.
  17. If someone like Bosa falls, I see Bean going for it. Otherwise, I see BPA, who is either a DT, MLB (White--which is likely leading to a trade-down), or TE if the Bills are that high on Hock.
  18. He'd be a fantastic addition. And would totally eliminate the "need" to draft a WR. I'd swap 1st, and send the 2nd for him.
  19. I like it. Getting veterans for depth, and then using the draft to get immediate (and cost-controlled) impact players. Sounds like this guy may have positional flexibility (3 ways: ST, safety and LB), and that's valuable as well in depth guys.
  20. it will be the top CB available.
  21. good depth player. I believe we upgrade the Edge position in the draft.
  22. I'd take him in the 2nd, but no way would trade back into the 1st for him. I'm only doing that for Hock. That said, White and Rock would be a formidable CB tandem. Can Wallace move to a backup CB/Safety role?
  23. I don't get PFF's center grade on Morse. How is a guy who was: (1) the center for the most dynamic QB in the league last year only #13; and (2) a center who has not given up a sack since his rookie year #13. Something is off here.
  24. I'd be fine with it. Hopefully the 2020 1st is a low one !
  25. I still think you need another player at 9. Metcalf is not going to carry your team. You can get a WR later in the draft that you can build a passing game around. I think I'm not sure Megatron ever got the Lions to the SB. Also, Megatron was much more dominate in college. I'd rather take Campbell, Brown (Old Miss) or Ridley later in the draft.
