  1. There's not much the league can do about the time issue today. Two west coast teams means they both have to be scheduled later. Since Denver is mountain time, the difference is 2 hours, so they go first.
  2. Trooth...don't let the door hit you on the way out.
  3. I agree. It would be insane to fire Marrone after one season. The front office chose Marrone a year ago, and he has done nothing to show them that they made a mistake. You can't choose a first time head coach and then give him one year to prove himself. It's the equivalent of announcing "we have no idea what we're doing" from the front office.
  4. Yes, the update was needed. I had almost forgotten about Byrd.
  5. I think if Mr Wilson had a plan to keep the team in Buffalo, It would be hard to keep it quiet. It seems to me his plan is to allow his family to sell the franchise to the highest bidder. I think it just might be that simple
  6. Or could it be because they lost their two superstart recievers to injury? Also Gonzalez has been hobbled and they lost Steven Jacjson for 6 weeks.
  7. They have no choice but to give him a chance. They drafted him 16th overall. To go with an undrafted kid or a practice squad player would be an admission that they screwed up, big time. I just hope that they are willing to consider drafting another quarterback first in the next draft if Manueal doesn't turn it around this year and not be too stubborn to admit they might have made a mistake
  8. This game was truly a bummer. Just when I thought this team was making progress, they go and lay this egg. After 13 years of this, it's extremely hard not to be pessimistic. Manuel looked as if he had never played football before in his entire life. He was just awful. The coaches reminded me of the Williams and Jauron days. Why do they call pass plays on short yardage situations that require near perfect execution knowing this quarterbcak hadn't played in over a month and looked awful? Why do they punt from the 36 yard line down by 14 points in the 4th quarter? It was mind boggling!! Some other observations in no particualr order: Gilmore is not a shut down corner. Brian Moorman is awful. he will not be brought back next year. If They wanted bad punting, they should have just kept Powell I Think it would be wise to consider drafting another quarterback witht their first pick. The Bills are being out-coached on a regular basis I need some more tums
  9. Cool Post..........did you have to pay for the lil guy?
  10. This team has a lot of talent. If they keep the talent they have and add to it this off season, they're a playoff team next year. This is also assuming that E.J. Manuel develops into a good quarterback. The Bills easily beat the Chiefs with a good quarterback. I have been very pessimistic about his team for much of the last 13 years, but I am finally seeing a team that has talent and is competitive. I see a bright future
  11. I gree with this. But, he can't be as effective as he would like with that injury. Plus there is a good chance that he gets injured worse against that defense. So Teul or Flynn beter be ready.
  12. Really? Yes that is insane
  13. I think the Bills defense really needs to step up if the Bills have any chance at winning this game. The offense is beat up so lets hope the defense can dominate. And speacial teams can't give up any big returns either.
  14. Love that video. And yes, I do think that can work today, but the quarterback better be pretty well established and pretty darn good to make that work.
  15. I have never blamed Byrd for a bad play. That being said, it seems unlikely that McKelvin was not where he was supposed to be. It just seems to me that Byrd could have made a better decision on where to go on that play.
  16. You need to pay more attention to the trade deadline...The Dolphins picked him up for 6 number one picks
  17. I think Byrd should have been prepared for the reciever turning the pattern upfield and then moved over to cover it. I just cannot believe the defense was designed for a linebacker to cover a wide reciever on a deep pattern. I think Hughes was responsible for the short route but no way the long one.
  18. Totally agree. Did she die? NO......anyone who has grown up in Buffalo knows what it's like to hit someone after drinking a few beers. Why is Lynch being singled out?
  19. Is Spiller probaby out?
  20. Awesome Post by the OP....this team has potential
  21. I noticed the empty seats also. Miami doesn't seem to be an NFL town
  22. He does have one helluva man-crush on Brady..lol..why is it always "Tom" and not Brady? Does he refer to the other playes by their first names?
  23. That wasn't a fluke. It was a great play by Mario Williams. A fluke would be if Tanehill dropped the ball for no reason or they snapped the ball over the punters head. A great defensive play is no fluke...geeeash
