  1. This is Aweome!!!!!!!!...now I can't sleep
  2. It just might be. How far behind can the Superbowl be? Having an owner who cares about winning over profis doesn't guarantee a championship but it sure makes it more of a real possibility
  3. Drop the "No" bro...It's about to happen. This is awesome
  4. I honestly doubt that this was the first time Ray Rice has hit this woman. Abusers rarely change their stripes and this elevator incident gives us a clear picture of the real Ray Rice. Some may wonder why this woman would stay with him and even marry him. Well, abusers are master manipulators, so she is probably convinced in some way that this was her fault. She may even believe she deserved it. People like Ray Rice rarely change. For whatever reason, be it his childhood, whatever, He became this horrible person. Ray Rice deserves what happened to him today. He actually deserves jail time. His wife should not be able to drop the charges. The police have the proof so he should be arrested. Like I said before, people like this rarely change, but to have any chance to change, they must be made to feel the full consequences of their actions. Only then might they feel the need to change and actually feel remorse for the actions they took and not remorse for getting caught.
  5. Schopp hates football. Why would I listen to a guy who admits to the fact he would rather watch tennis or baseball than to watch football. This is a football town with mnay Bils fans. Why doesn't that radio station hire a football guy to talk sports in this town? I think their ratings would improve if they did. We want people who love to talk about football. I personally cannot listen to that guy.
  6. On a side note, I think Marlon Kerner does an excellent job with his analysis. I enjoy listeninfg to him
  7. I understand that officials have bad days and can be inconsistent but why did they have to be so bad JUST against the Bils today. Both pass interference calls were incredibly bad. The holding call that wasn't was a joke. I have never seen a ref pick up a flag for holding against an offensive lineman before. Woods was hit helmet to helmet with no call but they call an iffy one on Chandler. Spiller was hit hard out of bounds, with no call. This crew today gets a F grade. My buddy wondered out loud if they had money on the game. LOL
  8. The day after the Seahawks/Packers game Schopp told a story about how he and his wife bought two televisions. She told him how they could both watch what they wanted now. So Schopp went on about how he was relegated to watching the football game while his wife watched tennis. He basically insinuated he would have rather watched tennis. Schopp does not like watching football and has pretty much admitted as much.. I am fine with this as anyone can like what they want, but I feel he has no business hosting a talk show that has to focus on the Buffalo Bills this time of year. Why does GR55 employ a guy who hates footall for a sports talk show that focuses on The Bills? It's ridiculous and poor management. Schopp's hatred of football comes shining through and I , quite honestly cannot listen to this guy talk about football any longer. I hope GR55 gets the message
  9. If I can liken this to my marriage. Me and my wife have argued over the years about, spending money, the children, where to go on vacation, etc, etc. But at the end of the day, we didn't hold a grudge and we both knew the other wanted what was best for the family, and we loved each other. We both made concessions at times. So my point here is that these guys can fight like dogs, but that doesn't mean they hold grudges or don't like each other. They can fight and still work great togerther and actually be effective. The key is respect. If they still respect each other but can fight over football decisions and work at compromise, they they can be a very effective team. As a matter of fact, that kind of a relationship can work to make a team better. Let's hope this is the case.
  10. Let's look at the bright side .....they have the firt pick of the second round in next years draft
  11. Let's look on the bright side...if we suck as usual..we always have that high pick to look forward to........................oh wait
  12. I know this is probably too early but I was wondering tonight if Marrone was starting to lose his team. Some of the players were openly complaining after that fight in camp about being worked too hard. Then this lackluster performance tonight. Marrone appears to be miserable during interviews also. I really hope I'm wrong, but the thought entered my mind.
  13. Tampa had 156 passing yards. I wouldn't call that being shredded
  14. My top three concerns: 1) EJ Manuel 2) EJ Manuel 3) EJ Manuel The success of this team ultimately boils down to the quarterback. The most important position in footfall.
  15. Every year there are teams who win in preseason and lose during the regular season and those who lose during preseason (or look bad) and win during the regular season. We don't know what any coaching staff is really trying to accomplish during the preseason, but I'm pretty sure winning isn't one of them. Does this mean the Bills will come out and look good on sept. 7? No, But one never knows.
  16. I've learned my lesson being a Bills fan over the years not to celebrate before the time clock hits zero. So until I see TP standing at the podium announcing " from this point forward, the Buffalo Bills reason for existence is to win the superbowl" , I won't be convinced
  17. The Bears first string offense looked pretty good in the first preseason game and it does concern me. But that being said, I get a different feel from Marrone than from past coaches. I think whatever the ultimate outcome of the game, the Bills will be ready and will compete. I actually think Schwartz might be a better DC than Pettine.Despite what the Chicago media says, this will not be an easy W for the Bears
  18. I think there are those whom BJ has been hobnobbing with that would love to see him and the Toronto group get the Bills. The Jerry Jones of the world won't come right out and say it, but they hate having an NFL franchise in a city like Buffalo. They want to maximize profits. They think Toronto would do just that. Why do you think there is all this talk about Buffalo needing a new stadium to have an NFL team? The Ralph is easily good for another 10 years yet this talk of a new stadium being a must is just another ploy to deter Buffalo from keeping the team. Did anyone read the article in the News today? This is food for thought. Personally I don't trust RG either. He is a master of smooth talk and he will spin things to make it seem like he wanted to keep the team here, but there was nothing he could do. We are very lucky to have a guy like Terry Pegula on the scene. He gives us hope that the team will stay here. And if we are lucky enough to have him own the team, who is anyone in the NFL to tell him when and if he needs a new stadium?
  19. To answer the OP, of course it mattered. If cheating doesn't benefit you, what is the point in cheating? I feel that Belecheat got off easy too. What he did compromised the integrity of the game. The league punishes Sean Payton and Gregg Wilaims with lengthy suspensions for bountygate, justifiably so, but Belecheat doesn't do a day on the beach for compromising the integrity of the NFL? Ridiculous!! The league wanted the whole mess to go away, so they did their best to basically sweep it under the rug. And it's laughable to hear the Patriot apologists say "they all do it" as is if they can justify the actions of a cheater with this flimsy excuse. I wonder if these people had kids in school who were caught cheating on their exams if they would give their kids the same out? "Don't worry about it son, all your classmates do it"
  20. I'm sorry my hate for Colinsworth overshadowed my hearing Thanks for correcting me. I didn't hear him say that. Can I change this to an "I hate Al Michaels post" ?
  21. This letter to the Bufalo Fans is a farce. We need to ask ourselves why he would write it. I believe he knows that any group intending to move this franchise has no hope of getting the team. Otherwise, why write it? Notice this letter didn't promise anything that would legally bind the team to western new york for the long term. It's smoke and mirrors. This letter made me lose more respect for BJ than I already had lost, if this is possible. What a snake. And shame on shills like Ron Jaworski for promoting this face
  22. I noticed this also. It was funny how Collinsworth made it seem like they really put things together on that drive. He never mentioned that their starters were playing against the Bill's second or third string.
