  1. Special indeed!!! And, if the Sabres can make it to the Cup, they'll be playing one of the bottom four seeds from the Western Conference. What an opportunity! Time to end the Buffalo sports "jinx". LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!!!
  2. What do you expect when you get a bunch of 13 year olds who arm themselves with football "knowledge" via PlayStation college football. BTW, nicely done, Rich.
  3. He was amazing! Go Swordsmen!!!
  4. FINAL: 2-1 Sabres!!!!! (I watched it online thru Comcast.net)
  5. Tonight's game was on OLN.
  6. Final!!!!! On to the next round...GO SABRES!!!!!!!!!!
  7. How many QBs are these jerkoffs going to bring in, anyway?
  8. I'd be happy with Simpson. Hopefully, as a human being, he's closer to Bill than O.J.
  9. Leinart will get over it. Unfortunately, due to his unforseen slide, he may now have to settle for the second best piece of arse in the room on the party circuit.
  10. In prison.
  11. Add that to Ohio State's banner 'Day One' and Michigan fans must be curled up in the fetal position in a corner somewhere. Gotta love rivalries.
  12. Maybe Berman's Middle Eastern language skills have gotten a little rusty? Especially coupled with that gawd awful New Yawk accent.
  13. Yes, that has been making the rounds. Another interesting tidbit reported by Sirius NFL Radio was that there may mave been an internal debate raging in the Titans camp leading up to the draft. Apparently, word on the street in Tennessee was that if the Titans chose Young it was an indication that the owner won out; if it was Leinart, then the coaching staff won out.
  14. Soooooooooooooooo, those are his first day losers? Does he have a list of one, with himself as the benefactor, of his life-long losers? Seriously, this nerd has got to be the worst so callled "insider" I have ever seen. Another example of ESPN's continued slide into mediocrity.
  15. Maybe not...there was a Carpenter taken in the first round.
  16. I'm with you. Don't assume anything. Most people didn't think Gilles would still be on the board to start day two. You never know...
  17. Not to worry. I'm sure we can pick up an undersized slot receiver at #42.
  18. Here's my post: "It's not about whether or not he's a good player, because he is. It's about value, and the Bills didn't get it with their pick. Although they needed a safety, OL and DL were higher priorities. A trade down would have been the way to go, regardless of whether or not they lost Whitner. Bottom line: this kid better be a stud because it was stupid to take him that high." Where do I advocate reaching for any of those players? "A trade down would have been the way to go..." was my main point. That's the big deal. Maybe they couldn't find a partner, who knows? I just don't like this pick at #8.
  19. Amen. It's not about whether or not he's a good player, because he is. It's about value, and the Bills didn't get it with their pick. Although they needed a safety, OL and DL were higher priorities. A trade down would have been the way to go, regardless of whether or not they lost Whitner. Bottom line: this kid better be a stud because it was stupid to take him that high.
  20. The draft starts at noon, EST...the Bills should pick around 2:00. So set your VCR or TiVO or you're more than likely going to miss their pick.
  21. Because he's a 2-gap tackle and the Bills will be employing a 1-gap scheme.
  22. Don't get me wrong...I'd be very happy if the Bills took Davis. My scenario was only speculation if the Bills were interested in Justice. Obviously, we won't know their true thinking until they make their first selection. I'd rather have Davis or see them trade down than select Ngata.
  23. I concur. The Bills need Losman or Nall to pan out. If journeyman Holcomb wins the job, this team is headed for another dismal season and beyond, IMHO.
  24. Maybe. Or maybe they take Hawk. The point is, if Davis is still on the board at #8, the Rams would be the most logical trade partner for the Bills. No matter what, things are definitely getting interesting.
