  1. The Sabres aren't on the rise. At least not yet, but at least they have a shot. For the silent minority I think just the Pegulas keeping both teams in Buffalo is enough. For the rest, they want a team that is good and wins. The Pegulas are rookie owners in 2 major sports at the same time and are not doing a great job which is to be expected. It's a lot to ask. The people who want a good team and not just a team that is in Buffalo are pissed, that's all.
  2. Bull ****, and I think you know that too. But if it helps ease the pain of this season thinking they could have made it all the way to 8-8 if they wanted to, go for it. I choose alcohol
  3. That was your heart !@#$ing over your brain. Rex has been nothing but mediocre his entire career. Bills fans wanna billieve.
  4. Don't know, but you know Brandon has been working on it for some time. Cardale might figure big in it, plus whoever the new HC is.
  5. The Bills didn't show up to play one either.
  6. Progress, are you kidding me? Did you read "Decision is strictly with the Pegulas." As in the ones who know the least about football in the organization and picked Rex freaking Ryan?
  7. Not fair or smart to judge Cardale or Lynn based on today. Cardale wasn't even taking 2nd team snaps EVER before this week, stupid to judge him at all based on 1 quarter today. But even if you are, he outscored EJ 7 to 3 playing only 1 quarter. And Lynn was a RB coach at the start of this season with 1 week as HC. Blast the D all you like, they SUCK. Can't tackle worth a ****. But Cardale and Lynn doesn't make sense.
  8. This one play defines the essence of the Buffalo Bills.
  9. The Bills may have made a decision (and maybe not), doesn't mean Lynn has. Reports of Denver being interested in Lynn. You are Mr. Lynn and you have offers from Denver and Buffalo, which do yo pick?
  10. Not just no, but holy !@#$ing ****, no !@#$ing way no.
  11. There is one and only one answer to the 17 years and counting of suck ... and that is alcohol (or weed if you prefer).
  12. In the real world it's, "!@#$ up and you're gone". No such concept seems to exist in the NFL as near as I can tell. Or at least not on the Bills. For them it's more "let's fire one obvious !@#$ up so the rest of us can keep our jobs".
  13. Obviously the team is fantastic. They have been this entire century so far. The Bills front office and ownership just hasn't wanted the rest of the NFL to feel bad so they intentionally kept themselves out of the playoffs, knowing the fans would understand. Pretty damn nice of us all if you ask me.
  14. Yeah apparently that's how Ryan thinks as well. Just sayin.
  15. Plus taking into account the current NFL model is to try and promote equity by giving the worst teams the best draft picks every year instead of a simple lottery complicates the matter as well. A simple coin flip 1/2^17 pretty much has no bearing. But it suffices to say the Bills are definitely bucking the odds given the current draft pick policy by going 17 consecutive seasons. Though it might be a fun question to pose to the people at 538. EDIT: I asked, we'll see.
  16. Aaaaaaaand the 2016 toilet bowl picks are all in! My only remaining question is do I record it and watch it like usual or just not bother.
  17. It has been the off season for almost a week now.
  18. First available person who can bull **** well who meets with the Pegula's with the right bottle of wine gets the job. Should be soon.
  19. Shut it down. It's a business and you make the right business decision. Screwing a division rival with no real gain for your team is beyond stupid.
  20. The Bills aren't starting TT, might not start shady or Watkins either based on missing practice. Throwing a very inexperienced person into the deep end as HC. Haven't heard about the Jets roster other than The Amish Rifle.
  21. That's the common theory every time the Bills coaches or FO !@#$s up. Because, you know, they really can't be that stupid.
  22. Or quick like sexy Rexy. However long it takes keep Russ and the Pegulas as far away from the process as possible.
  23. It might be gone already. Someone I know in Rochester saw him driving down by RIT in a small white chevy car. Makes sense he would try and ditch the truck outside of Buffalo to avoid press.
  24. Well, they did leave him to twist on his own. Whaley not there, Pegulas not there. Spot on.
