  1. Good thing the season starts tomorrow. I think this thread officially marks the end of off season things to talk about.
  2. The map that the Bills posted on facebook today that I modified to show hammers lot was discussed in a previous thread? Must have missed it
  3. True enough. And you are right that his numbers might not be astronomical for that reason. But he still should be able break out and perform at a consistently high level when he does get the ball (or called on to block). At least that's what I am hoping to see out of him this (and many more) seasons.
  4. So your thought is that despite every indication to the contrary, that Mrs. Wilson is going to own the Bills for the rest of her life after Mr. Wilson passes? Well I have to give you credit for stating an outcome that I haven't heard expressed before
  5. I'm not a football fan so I will take your word for that. But during his tenure (and if I can add right) the Lions were 78 and 82 as well.
  6. Not even close, at least in my book. He showed that he does have the potential, nothing more. Not all his fault. The Bills were very pass happy. I expect consistent good positive runs. Not one for 40 yards followed by 5 negative or no gain. And I expect him to pick up a blitzer when left in the backfield. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
  7. Whoever buys the Bills for $800M almost certainly is going to be carrying a fair amount of debt.
  8. Not work, that's for sure.
  9. "Well enough" is probably a good description. First round RBs should contribute immediately. This is year 3 for CJ. "Well enough" for a 9 overall RB is not good enough. It's time for him to shine if he is ever going to.
  10. Piss and moan on forums such as this.
  11. The deal is we will know for sure Sunday.
  12. Actually what I found interesting was that being valued at $805 million put the Bills at 29th in the NFL. !@#$ me there is a lot of money in tackle football huh. My net worth should be a lowly $805 million.
  13. Only a moron would expect someone to miss the birth of their child for a game or any kind.
  14. Maybe hammer needs to have a homing beacon
  15. Michael Ozanian, executive editor at Forbes, said the small market, old stadium and ownership uncertainty all led to the "most troubled" description.
  16. It's a plot to get more people to subscribe to the ticket in one form or another
  17. I did see last season and Gaileys unwillingness to adapt. That is what prompted my comment above. Fitz can't be expected to do the OCs job in real time under center every play of every game. That cannot possibly be successful. If Gailey cannot do the OCs job effectively (and all here who proclaim him as an offensive genius sure think he can) the Bills are screwed. That, in my opinion, will dictate how successful the Bills will be this season more than any other factor.
  18. Holy crap they show the gambling odds on that CBS page. Did they do that last year and I just never noticed? Jets giving 2.5 as of 2 days ago so basically just the home field advantage.
  19. It isn't a matter of Fitz figuring out the defenses. Gailey has to, and construct a game plan accordingly. And most importantly, adapt that game plan as needed during the games.
  20. I agree about hammers lot. Only place to be. But get there early if you want a spot. http://forums.twobil...arking-lot-map/
  21. This! Very well put.
  22. The Bills posted the original map on facebook, However they forgot to document the most important lot.
  23. Read my post carefully, "But Johnson is not listed as doubtful here." The NFL injury report we page does not show what the post is saying, and neither does the Bills web page. If will be interesting to see if the post is correct or not.
