My good buddy and I used to go to the casino once in a while with his father and uncle who were high rollers. I’m talking $1000/hand blackjack kind of guys. Anyway, we were at Turning Stone one night watching them play craps. We would just watch them play and banter back and forth. They were hilarious. They also would get us stuff comped all the time (rooms, meals, shows, spa treatments for our girlfriends, etc…). So….this SMOKIN HOT waitress walks up to deliver a drink to a guy standing near us. My friend’s father looks over at his brother with a smile. Dave: “Jesus Tony, I’d eat the peanuts out of her s**t. Tony: “I’d just eat her s**t.” Very few times in my life have I laughed so hard. ~25 years later my friend and I still say that to one another when we see an attractive woman. I have a twisted sense of humor though. 😂🤣

I wonder, when she made the plaster casts of those celebrity dongers, did she make them get erect first? I’ll hang up and listen…

I can’t find the link, but I read an article the other day which talked about the Sabres’ glut of prospects and the need to possible move some to make room for up and coming players. Bjork and Bryson were mentioned as possible trade pieces. Another young forward was also mentioned, but I forget who that one was. I wonder if they’ll move on from Okposo. I believe he has 1 year left on his deal.

Random brain dump. So I’m down here in Myrtle Beach for spring break with my family and my parents. Yesterday, my father says to me “Eh Bubba, ya got any yarb?” I had to ask him what it was. Anyone else heard it called “yarb” before?

I should have also noted that I do have a regular workout partner. A friend of mine who has similar goals in terms weight loss, strength training, and diet. It helps tremendously. If I get lazy and decide I don’t want to go to the gym one day it doesn’t just impact me…it also impacts his routine. That has been really motivating.

If you’re anything like me, get a gym membership somewhere. I have a treadmill and an elliptical in my basement along with a bunch of free weights. All collecting dust. I need to get out of the house to really focus on my workout. I also get a lot of good tips from others and learn a lot. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds since September when I started at the gym. Mainly light weight training, and loads of cardio. Changed my diet up quite a bit also. I pack my lunch for work so I’m not convenience eating garbage food all the time, and I rarely ever eat anything substantial after dinner anymore. Cut down on beer and wine quite a bit. Good luck!

Ah, yes. Yeah, my mom had an apartment like 3 doors down from the Park Ave location back in the day. I remember the building kind of looked like one of the houses from the Hobbit.

I go there at least a couple times a year. Usually a group of us HS friends catch a Syracuse basketball game at MSG and make a long weekend out of it. I take the train in from Poughkeepsie which makes the trip much easier, and we always stay at the Chelsea Savoie Hotel because it’s clean and cheap. I will say that after 3-4 days I’m ready to GTFO tho. Can be very overwhelming.
