  1. DL8859 Bills flight to LA https://www.flightradar24.com/DAL8859/2d600385 https://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL8859
  2. Per this: Bills 14-3 (lose Rams & Bengals) + Pats season ender Josh QBR: 94.84 Yards: 4066 TD's: 36 Opponents: QBR: 84.8 Yards: 3878 TD's: 23
  3. I've done the Uber to the airport for a 750 flight. Game was over + back to lots to eat and chill 30 min). Then went to the ECC Uber lot to catch an Uber. Peak pricing it was high. Took about 30-45 min to get an Uber to take me. Several cancelled en route (I was told because the surge price and traffic many try to get there but too late to get to pickups with traffic). I suggest getting an Uber but not planning on leaving until 630ish. You'll save time and money.
  4. Plus he is a punter, though he is a rookie there's not much he has to be ready for. I could see them giving him personal time off and not having him at practice for the distraction alone.
  5. Was it released that she went to the hospital before the police? Btw. A note. If a woman is ever raped she should go to the hospital first. They will alert the police and experts advise this method for better justice results.
  6. I know a whole lot more about this than the average guppy. I can only tell you that you're wrong. I'll. Leave it at that.
  7. If you're going to say the police didn't do much to investigate this in the #metoo and #believeallwomen campaign we are in while this happened in San Diego, in the state of California..... It's career suicide and stupid. This case was primed for major national attention. A Police Chief and DA are not that foolish.
  8. I know that you can indict a ham sandwich. If there was reasonable suspicion he could be indicated, warrants attained and more evidence collected. Of course, it could have been done voluntarily. Regardless, it must be assumed the police and DA have his phone and messages during that time. Have his alibis, whereabouts and details of his life pretty well covered during that time. That it has been almost 11 months without charge is telling. This could up pressure during an election year now to charge him. But that's because America is one messed up country that has lost its way... I digress. Regardless, 10 months without an indictment to charge is very powerful.
  9. Yeah but do you like know law or something? 🙄
  10. I also think we are way too close to the fire of this. I fully believe that if left on the team and simply suspended by the team for a few weeks to make a determination the 15 second tic toc attention span of the average American would forget this issue as soon as the next headline breaks. And most Bills fans will forget it quickly when we win a few ball games. Whether he's on the team or not I don't think the average fan will care. They'll get their jollies settled with a few fist pumps at the clouds, an angry tweet, and changing their profile picture on Facebook for 3 days. The sooner we win ball games the better and I think this can be managed with him on the team.
  11. No, it doesn't. It could be only a misdemeanor. I'll have to find someone else discussing it and paraphrase it. I cannot quote another board discussing it. Basically someone smart broke it down that in this case it could be a felony or a misdemeanor because CA law is weird. It's likely a misdemeanor.
  12. I don't necessarily agree with the Patriots cutting him at that point, either. Also, criminal charges were filed, irc the charges were only a short time after the murder. It's been almost 10 months in this and no charges. If araiza is charged the situation changes. He maybe actionable by the commish since the action of the charge occured while an NFL employee. That's speculation. Further, Hernandez was specifically charged with first degree murder. Araiza is a suspect for what we know to be at worst having sex with a minor, which per CA law may not even be a felony. The law reads it could literally be any which way. DC Tom broke it down elsewhere when he got curious and stated it could and would likely be a misdemeanor charge of indecent liberties with a minor instead of felony rape
  13. Of course it's difficult. We have white knights, chest thumpers, and bull Buchanan's running to the tree with ropes ready to lynch him. The 10% of the spectrum, both sides, dictates the rules and outcomes of all things for the rest of us because they make the most noise. That the loudest group here isn't the most popular group is telling. The loudest group wants him castrated, tarred and feathered right now. Too shortsighted to see the future holds a verdict and a man's life in the balance.
  14. Your opinion is your opinion. I'm Glad you have it. Your civility, however is low. You can state you disagree without calling me disgusting. 🤷🏼‍♂️
  15. If that's what it takes, 100% yes.
  16. I know this may come across wrong but I think the average user of this site meets criteria that weren't of the average college student to relate to the average collegiate athlete.
  17. Auto banhammer of 1 month if you break the rules in the thread? @SDS what say ye? A thread of news only for this? Tweets from media, articles sources, and the Bills only. No hot takes and a message that says discussion in this thread...?
  18. Maybe you can tag Scott if you agree but should there be a facts and sources thread only? With tweets from relevant folks, and linked/sourced information? No hot takes or anything? I think this makes sense for people just looking for updates.
  19. What's fair is the truth. You don't have it yet. I don't have it yet. The Bills/employer doesn't have it yet. Araiza may not even have it, to be honest. I 100% hope he remains on the team until if or when criminally convicted.
  20. Or that he's just a garbage truck driver, or a factory worker, or .... This is a person we are talking about. And we are willfully ending his career over speculation.
  21. There isn't the correct reaction to react to this. It is difficult to "like" it because it's absurd though true. It's not something to laugh at or cheer. Jeesh, but yeah... Sentiment here is spot on.
  22. But it is the fair thing to do. This isn't a boy scout unit we are making. Von Miller has a ton of allegations, one of the dudes beat up his GF, Josh had some offensive tweets...
  23. If not the Bills should cut him, put him on the PS squad (no one else would sign him at this point) until there is some resolution. A new punter is available, Batt Markley. Not polished or that experienced but good charisma guy.
  24. Notes from last night: Saw crowders family, read the body language, even shared a few words (nothing significant)... Crowder and his family were "all-in buffalo." His mom, his wife, his two daughters - in mini bills cheerleader outfits "lil miss crowder" on the back. Just this makes me think they like Buffalo and he wants to be here. Lawson had his family there and they came to the front before the game. He seemed focus before and during the game. The OL starters worked with Bobby Hart during the game on the sidelines. Morse and Dawkins doing a lot of technique stuff with others, also. They seemed to like Hart as a team member. Quesenberry seemed to keep to himself then just started working with a bunch of backups late in the game. Keenum was standing alone for various parts of the game while Barkley played - opposite the offense to see a very backside angle of the D. No headset, no helmet - so not hearing the info for the game. Barkley was very relaxed for the game. Bass didn't do any warmups or anything on the sidelines. Ferguson did some warmup snaps with a coach on the sidelines from time to time. Both will make the team.
  25. Honest question to you and anyone else... When I consider this question I ask myself what the victim must have and be going through. I end up as thinking both are the victim here because some are vilifying an innocent until proven guilty man, trying to destroy his life, career, etc. based on a lot of conjecture. This leaves me conflicted. Am I alone?
