  1. Do you think Marino thinks the staff hasn't long ago already identified Elam's weaknesses and have been trying to correct them all season? Do you think that as well? That essentially was my question.
  2. sure you do. anyway, that catch at the 3 was uncontested and landed right in Davis's "lap"? lol that's messed up you just gave yourself away with that obviously false statement. rage on, High Standard Man!!
  3. Where has Singletary ever done his best as a bellcow?? he has 5 career games over 20 carries.
  4. are the Bills flying out there after Thanksgiving to counter all that jet lag???
  5. 5' 8" now? So what? He'll have a front row seat then...
  6. I was simply asking a question ( a simple one)--I didn't say I knew anything about Elam's ability to improve. But watching a guy on a game film is nothing like seeing how he takes instruction, how he executes in practice, how he changes his play based on suggested corrective actions by the coaching staff. The staff sees that every day---and it's year 2. I'm pretty sure they have been working with Elam for months--yet they still didn't feel he was ready all season until injuries forced him onto the active roster. The results were what they were. Watching the game, Joe knows what's wrong and how to fix Elam---something the staff hasn't figured out since camp opened (obviously). I think that's a bit presumptuous. Joe should ring up McD and the fellas and tell them how to turn this kid around. Simple!
  7. Daboll had the genius plan to create a roster with old Bills B and C listers (then list is long)...and throw in a bum like Schoen and, voila!--your 2023 New York football Giants!! Quickly the worst team in the NFL.
  8. That really doesn't matter regarding guy question. They know what they know about this kid. I'm sure they are doing what they can--why would anyone believe otherwise? But I'm pretty sure Joe Marino doesn't know what is "correctable" and what isn't for Elam. How could he possibly know?
  9. how does Joe Marino know what’s correctable with Elam? Hadn’t the staff been trying to correct him? I don’t get this
  10. lol with what? the 3rd worst Defense in the league?
  11. the perfect tonic, served up by Daboll. this will be something to savor...
  12. guys are getting hurt of all sizes. No one gets hit more than a QB--Anthony Richardson is 6-4 232 and he can't finish a game.
  13. he's played in 25 straight games--including all 20 last season.
  14. you can repeat this over and over--won't be more true. 11-7 beginning of the half. "balled out" in that those catches set up/were TDs. I posted this already, but you seem not to comprehend what happened: Davis had 3 receptions for 72 yards on 2 drives in the last 8 minutes--including TDs of 9 and 9 yards back to back after the OPI by Diggs. That catch at the 3 was fantastic and the TD that was nullified was through smothering coverage while falling backwards--calling them "simple balls" is proof that you either didn't watch the game, or you just have a hard on for Davis. But.....Because I'm not a cruel man, I will now help you: https://www.buffalobills.com/video/gabe-davis-climbs-way-upstairs-for-29-yard-toe-tap-catch-bills-vs-jaguars-london https://www.buffalobills.com/video/every-gabe-davis-catch-from-100-yard-game-week-5 Diggs was nowhere in that 4th Q--1 catch for a 1st down, OPI, lost an catch for an INT, fumbled at the end.
  15. That may be true, but Gabe balled out in the 4th. The game wasn't over in the beginning of the second half....
  16. the only guy who really showed up D yesterday. let's trade him because there's Miller (who is a million years old and has played 11 games for $35 million so far).
  17. Daboll's playbook, Page 1: "I'm a fraud. a bum" "the end"
  18. yes!!! let's trade a young guy just coming into bloom so we can feature Von Sorry Bro I'm Not Feelin It Miller and Shaq First Round Pick Right Off The Bus Lawson 2.0!!! I love this......place
  19. So a 4 point lead in the beginning of the 3rQ is so insurmountable by these Buffalo Bills that a drop 1 minute into the half is "backbreaking"? That's laughable! "Out of hand"? It was 11-7 with 8 minutes left! Then both teams traded touchdowns--the Bills mainly due to the efforts of Davis/Allen....this can't be disputed---I Iiterally spelled it out for you upstream with each catch listed and the situation at the catch. Look, I get that you painted yourself into this corner with the totally unforced error of saying Davis was a backbreaker in that game yesterday---and I admire the moxie of willing to senselessly die on this bizarre hill---but Davis had the most impact in keeping this game within reach down the stretch. HE was clutch in the 4th Q. Hang in there....
  20. so....a SECOND drop that was negated by penalty was still "game killing"? lol that's pretty funny actually. So that means he actually caught 2 back to back sweet TD catches in the 4th Q!! anyway , this was Davis's day: in the 1st Q, Davis had 1 catch for 9 yards on a 2nd and 10. 2nd Q catch for 9 on 1st and 10 2nd Q catch for 10 on 3rd and 4 to 15 yard line. Bills score next play 3rd Q drop by Davis on 3rd and 10 1:05 into the 2nd half with score still 11-7. JAGs would punt on the next series. Still 11-7 3rd Q incomplete to Davis on 2nd and 10. Score was still 11-7, 8;10 left in the 3rd Q. Where's that pendulum? Bills D gives up 4th Q TD 4th Q catch for 24 yards. later in the drive beautiful 9 yard TD catch. Nullified. immediately followed by beautiful 19 yard TD catch, bringing the score to within 5. Bills D give up another 4th Q TD 4th Q catch for 29 yards to the 3 on 1st and 10. Bills score 2 plays later, brining them again within 5. The elite WR1's contested pass ending up as an INT was the actual play that killed them, not one dropped pass on 3rd down a minute into the second half. Diggs also negated a TD with a OPI penalty. In the 4th Q, Diggs had 4 targets for the INT 2 catches for 13 yards. The 4th Q was all Davis and Allen. The deep catch to the 3 set up a TD. Then a TD called back--immediately followed by another great TD catch. So that's catches for 24, 19 and 29 yards on scoring drives. NOT SOLID ENOUGH!!!!! lol your bias has led you to lose your minds. I don't think the Jags gameplan was to go scoreless for 12 minutes in the 3rd Q after Davis's "game killing" drop a minute into the Q.
  21. it was 1 minute after halftime ended. So, It’s a ridiculous point. They were down by 4. There was half a game to be played. Davis provided several of the biggest plays on their subsequent scoring drives. this is just more totally mindless Davis bashing. He played a very solid game.
