I posted this already, but you seem not to comprehend what happened: Davis had 3 receptions for 72 yards on 2 drives in the last 8 minutes--including TDs of 9 and 9 yards back to back after the OPI by Diggs. That catch at the 3 was fantastic and the TD that was nullified was through smothering coverage while falling backwards--calling them "simple balls" is proof that you either didn't watch the game, or you just have a hard on for Davis. Then both teams traded touchdowns--the Bills mainly due to the efforts of Davis/Allen....this can't be disputed---I Iiterally spelled it out for you upstream with each catch listed and the situation at the catch. Look, I get that you painted yourself into this corner with the totally unforced error of saying Davis was a backbreaker in that game yesterday---and I admire the moxie of willing to senselessly die on this bizarre hill---but Davis had the most impact in keeping this game within reach down the stretch. HE was clutch in the 4th Q. Hang in there....

Nullified. immediately followed by beautiful 19 yard TD catch, bringing the score to within 5. Bills D give up another 4th Q TD 4th Q catch for 29 yards to the 3 on 1st and 10. Bills score 2 plays later, brining them again within 5. The elite WR1's contested pass ending up as an INT was the actual play that killed them, not one dropped pass on 3rd down a minute into the second half. Diggs also negated a TD with a OPI penalty. In the 4th Q, Diggs had 4 targets for the INT 2 catches for 13 yards. The 4th Q was all Davis and Allen. The deep catch to the 3 set up a TD. Then a TD called back--immediately followed by another great TD catch. So that's catches for 24, 19 and 29 yards on scoring drives. NOT SOLID ENOUGH!!!!! lol your bias has led you to lose your minds. I don't think the Jags gameplan was to go scoreless for 12 minutes in the 3rd Q after Davis's "game killing" drop a minute into the Q.

it was 1 minute after halftime ended. So, It’s a ridiculous point. They were down by 4. There was half a game to be played. Davis provided several of the biggest plays on their subsequent scoring drives. this is just more totally mindless Davis bashing. He played a very solid game.

If you are paraphrasing my response, you should make a better effort. Why make a straw man? Of course there was a drop off. But to say they were gassed after a halftime break makes little sense. I was asking for a few 3 and outs---or at least not consistently getting burned on 3rd and longs. Even a depleted Bills D should be able to do this against that Jags Offense. Those were the points.

well…they were gassed because they couldn’t get off the field. Force a 3 and out. They had a nice rest at halftime then they were on the field for 12 out 15 minutes in the 3rd Q… I understand. But this wasn’t an all works Offense they were facing

The Defense could not get off the field. Yeah the O stunk for much of the game---but they were sitting on the sidelines for 2/3 of it. When they finally heated up in the 4th Q, the D gave up back to back TD drives.

3 other guys had drive ending drops. 3 other guys didn’t have a TD catch in the last 4 games. no enigma. lol what?

he played 9 seasons--one complete one in the past 5 years....and he retired because he didn't want to be a backup? He was released by his last 3 teams!! Come on...lol he got tired of the game.
