  1. Report: Kirk Cousins won’t sign long-term deal from Bruce Allen http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/03/10/report-kirk-cousins-wont-sign-long-term-deal-from-bruce-allen/
  2. so they get him for essentially a 4th round pick NE 2nd rounder = Panthers 3rd & 4th rounder Panthers get 2nd = NE gets 3rd & Kony
  3. could see that coming.....his dead money was low ($1.6 mil)
  4. isn't this a comparison of if Gilmore & Williams stayed on team vs replacement ? had we kept gilmore , he would likely ave $14 mil on the cap had we kept AW , he would have a cap hit of + $6 mil
  5. talk money Gilmore ($14 mil) , Arron Williams ($6 mil), Robey ($2 mil) = $22 mil & likely cut corey graham ($5) = $27 mil total Hyde ($6 mil) and Poyer ($4 mil ??) = $10 mil you still have as much as $12 - 17 mil to spend......
  6. that's coaching !! in NE, players literally take tests during weak to verify they know the play calls and their responsibilities.....not like that backup bills QB in the past who came in a game, looked lost, then later admitted he didn't know playbook.
  7. a strong addition at a position of need
  8. seeing as Garoppolo has some leverage (agreeing to sign long term with team traded to) you would think he and his agent will know ahead of announcement. that 2nd Cleveland got from Houston for osweiller will come into play.....belichick covets 2nd rounders for salary/talent = value
  9. Post on Jimmy Garoppolo's Instagram sets off frenzy So grateful for my time in New England. Peace out Boston http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/18871142/farerwell-post-instagram-new-england-patriots-qb-jimmy-garoppolo-sends-social-media-buzzing
  10. for those looking for a positive angle.... some have pointed out Gilmore's half hearted tackling.... Gilmore was 7th on the Bills with 48 total tackles. one of the NE corners he is replacing... Logan Ryan (to Titans) was 1st on NE with 92 tackles.
  11. not happening his 2017 dead money is $13.5 mil
  12. OJ is shunned for life.....he's welcomed to nothing. having said that, leave his name on the wall and in the record books.
  13. best available at one of these positions WR, QB, RT, S
  14. Pro Football Focus graded Ducasse as the 59th best guard in 2016. He comes to Buffalo via Baltimore where new Bills offensive line coach Juan Castillo coached last season. Ducasse, 29, hasn’t lived up to the hype of a former 2nd round pick back in 2010 from UMass. http://defpen.com/bills-sign-vladimir-ducasse-to-three-year-deal/
  15. $4.8 mil dead money http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/
  16. triple TE FB = TE
  17. this is good news.....go with the sure thing. can still upgrade the position at anytime, including first or second day of this years draft.
  18. probably took less to stay in NYC to continue his Inside the NFL TV gig
  19. wait....does he mean "in" or "IN" ?
  20. #1 - cleveland takes myles garret #1 overall #2 - cleveland jumps the jets & bills.....uses a package including 12th overall pick and trades up to #5 (titans) to draft a QB.
