  1. Not even worrying about seeing it. Have seen the sun maybe once in the last two weeks.
  2. Was waiting for someone to post this.
  3. Isn't it ironic?
  4. Read yesterday that they started installing the ice boom. Goes in when the lake temp hits 39.
  5. You can see the Love Canal area today. You can drive right up to the fenced in area. Drove past it back around 1980 after it was fenced in but before the houses were torn down. Was really spooky. It was close to dusk and there were large warning signs on the fence. The street lights were operational still and the grass in the yards was several feet high.
  6. You youngsters will be able to see a dry American Falls again soon. They plant on dewatering it soon. Was supposed to be done in 2019 to construct a new pedestrian walkway to Goat Island tom replace one built in 1901, but of course Albany hasn't funded it yet. There was record attendance back in 1969. I remember seeing a tomato plant growing out of the rocks near the shore from one a worker threw there.
  7. Don't cross that red-head b*tch!
  8. Say hi to Mark Vader and the crew there. That's where I watched the Bills when I lived there.

  10. Just remember to have the $ to pay off the inspector if you are in California. Water heater installations have to be inspected there. You have to attach the tank with straps to a wall stud for earthquakes.
  11. The only time any stores opened on a Sunday was to feed the workers helping out the hurricane relief.
  12. My dad was stationed there in 1948-49 (Korean War).It was a nice calm posting then. He was on the crash crew at the strip , but they didn't have a single problem landing during his time there. Back then, the superstructure was still sticking up out of the water and their barracks on Ford Island still had bullet holes from the attack (so they would never forget). My parents visited there in 1985 and where the barracks were located were retired officer's houses.
  13. In my warm living room in Cheektowaga. My brother was one of the reasons you could drive home after the game.He is a snow plow driver for the Erie County Highway Dept. and he spent all game plowing Abbot Road and other county roads around the stadium.
  14. The second one in Buffalo will also be built in Cheektowaga, at Transit and Losson. They went in front of the town board last week to start the process.
  15. Nothing from nothing leaves nothinG.
  16. Just more typical lefty projection. Blame the consertaves for exactly what you do. (see anitra).
  17. I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed animal-food-trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberries.
  18. If he worldwide wholesale price of oil took s leap, how come it dropped 15 cents at the pump here in Buffalo recently?
  19. Yes it does. All of the planets rotate in the same direction except Vemus and Uranus.
  20. About 5 PM today, I'm flipping channels. Fox's story was on the Alaska quake, but CNN and MSNBC had something about Muellers "probe"
  21. There's a game on? Why aren't you watching the Sabres? 4-4 with about 7:30 left the third
  22. He's got a promotion from scrubbing dirty underwear to sniffing the dry cleaning fluid.
  23. Hadn't gone to the doc for several e years. Friends saw me at a picnic and tsaid I didn't look well. They contacted a former fgirlfriend and she called me the next day and she talked me into going to the ER. The stroke was preventable. I had a no of 247/75 (I should be dead. Had the stroke the next day while getting a brain scan. I guess that was probably the best time to have one. ?
