It's not hyperbole, they are discussing what they have heard around the league. No one is saying that Josh has the QB cred that Mahomes does because he hasn't accomplished as much. What they are saying is that based off of his talent level and what he is beginning to achieve, when you couple that with his amazing physical talents which arguably are more pronounced than Mahomes, that some of their sources around the league are beginning to wonder if Josh could be the elite QB of the league over the next 10 years. That is a fair discussion and musings for people to have. You guys are completely misunderstanding what they are saying.

Bill, I think this whole experience ever since McD/Beane ran the show has been one hell of a ride. We've made the playoffs in 3 out of the 4 years, have some really good playmakers on defense and drafted an elite level franchise QB who will very likely be in at least several more of these AFC championship games over his career.

We are lucky to have him. Maybe that trade with KC wasn't so bad after all. Josh Allen, White and Edmunds, not too shabby.

Why this game will be different than week 6
Magox replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not to mention a lot of the new defensive linemen were somewhat new to each other and were still figuring how to play with each other as a unit. The team defense looks much different now than it did then. With the exception of the Colts game, ever since the Arizona game the defense has consistently been a top 8 unit in the league. -
Texans believe Watson has played his last snap for the team

What? Are you smoking crack? -
I love that video. It’s a stroll down memory lane of a historic year for the Bills. No matter how it ends I will always be grateful of the joy the Buffalo Bills gave me these past 5 months.

Those who think that the players are emotionless and are a bunch of robot-like players who don't listen in to what the talking heads are saying are deluding themselves. Of course some of the players watch what they are saying, they are human and they want to hear good things said about them and when they see that many of the "experts" are chalking these victories as something that the other team did wrong and not what they did to cause that, they take that as a sleight. And you are crazy if you don't think that what these players saw isn't being transmitted on over to the rest of the team and that is used as additional fuel. People take things personally, especially some of the highest competitors on the planet. Michael Jordan took everything personally and I mean everything. So even though what the talking heads have been saying have been somewhat frustrating from a fan perspective it will only add fuel to the Bills. I like where this is heading. 100%, for some of us that is part of the fan experience. Enjoying sports media say great things about this historically great Bills team we have is enjoyable.

The Bills are truly in a position to go after BPA aside from QB with their high draft picks. With that said I would love to see the Bills go after DE and DT as the biggest pressing needs. TE would be the biggest need on offense. More depth and competition on the OL, LB and CB's. RB could use a possible upgrade but if the Bills did this they would have to trade one of their RB's.

He’s not the MVP of the team but make no mistake this defense is much better with him on the field.

Would Josh Allen ever consider a team friendly contract?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a $500M 10 year contract -
The running game has to be there vs KC this week.

I do think we need to run enough just to keep the defense honest enough to not solely sell out against the pass. -
I was looking forward to watching the talking heads talk up how well Buffalo's defense stymied one of the two hottest teams in the NFL in the Ravens. How the Ravens were dominating their opponents and ran into a buzz saw in the Buffalo Bills. Nope, it was all either about how the Ravens need to get more weapons for Lamar like the Bills did by getting Diggs for Allen or how Roman didn't call a good game or how Lamar needs to be better. 95% of the conversations are in terms of how Baltimore lost the game and very little of it was how Buffalo's defense caused the Ravens to play poorly. The Bills will just have to go out and win again this weekend.

Wyatt Teller 1 of the Best OG in NFL .
Magox replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm a day one believer of Beane, especially so after the Watkins trade and everything he did despite all the teeth gnashing from the peanut gallery after his year one moves. With that said, the Teller trade for me was one of the more disappointing moves (not in hindsight) but at that actual time. He was known in college to have that mean nasty streak and in training camp. He did struggle against the pass as you mentioned but my thoughts were that he had the potential to be a good guard in this league. Never did I think he'd be All Pro but I did believe he could be a good one. It's ok, I won't continue to belabor the point and second guess Beane because everything he does is methodically calculated which I love in decision makers but if I had to choose one move that I second guessed at the time it was trading away Teller. Kudos to Cleveland for targeting Teller in that trade. -
McDermott is a conservative football coach - He is like Jauron Beane made a huge mistake trading away Dareus and Watkins Beane has no plan or is incapable of bringing in good WR's and weapons for Josh Allen

There you go again. It does give them extra motivation, the Bills relish making themselves out to be the underdogs, McDermott has said as much and Hughes just recently said the same thing. They watch the TV “expert” talking heads and they use that as additional motivation to face their opponents. Things aren’t nearly as linear as you believe them to be.

I blocked this guy months ago. His PPP takes and posts were the worst on that side and that is saying something.

19 days is the NFL average. It depends on history of concussions and severity. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.newswise.com/articles/return-to-play-after-a-concussion-is-19-days
