Jim Kelly had Thurman and a man named Ted Marchibroda... we don't have either as far as I'm concerned yet. With Ken Dorsey as the OC, Allen is going to get KILT and he will end up with a shortened career. That's the huge difference that you are missing here... we need an OC that will bring balance to this team and not drive Josh into the damn ground.

The winning teams make adjustments and aren't afraid to make changes... and it seems like the Bills are not willing to do that.

Our O is not elite with Ken Dorsey as our OC... we are declining in performance as his plan of heavily relying on Josh Allen plan failed.

I disagree... we have an OC who doesn't game plan well for conditions against great teams.

Playing better competition when you are getting outcoached it is magnified, and Cinci was better competition.

NOTE: McDermott had my absolute full support before last season began. They aren't going to move on from either DC or OC, and that bodes ill for the future... we may be stuck with a team with lame duck coaches if they disappoint again. Teams below us are improving and NFC teams are making moves that we should be making. I predict that 2023 will be a lost season because of this blunder unless Beane REALLY hits this offseason with FA targets and the draft. It's our only hope for the future because it sure looks dark and cloudy with McDermott, Frazier and Dorsey.

I feel as if 2023 will be a wasted season and most everyone will see it coming... a transition year for our roster and the status quo is unacceptable. One safety coach getting the ax and that's IT? Laughable. Some of you may think that McDermott is safe, but you're wrong. The flak from the Mafia and national pundits will be overwhelming. McDermott gets fired at the end of the season, no doubt, a stone cold lock, DOOM, DOOM.

He's a part of the management team, so I'd say he does some.

What GALLS ME to no end is that we HAVE the talent to have a great running game, but our coaching severely limits its potential, and that includes Cook. Just because he is old doesn't make him wrong! This from someone who is probably as old as I am... that's what you call irony.

FIRE DC and OC. DC- TWO STRAIGHT piss poor performances by the D in a big playoff game. This is the easy one. OC- I can't take the lack of a running game and the underutilization of our skill position players. Tougher one because he may be able to right the ship, but doubtful. Tied to Josh.

I was a McDermott fan until seeing a much worse version of 13 seconds... we were totally unprepared and poor coaching really hurt us badly. It's not an overreaction when #BillsMafia were all wondering why in the hell we didn't do JACK on defense to adjust and to bring more blitzes since it was obvious our front 4 were not getting ANYTHING done. and Dorsey's play calling looked foolish and amateurish.

What galls me is that fact that we have a DEFENSIVE HC and this shouldn't be an issue.... and yet...

IF YOU CAN'T BALL OUT DURING A DIVISIONAL PLAYOFF GAME AT HOME, WHEN WILL YOU BALL OUT? Sorry, that's how I feel... he absolutely disappeared in that game and suddenly doing it in a contract year is an insult.
