  1. Good... the quality decreased greatly while the price increased greatly. They shouldn't BE in business if they don't understand basic economics.
  2. It's not a matter of "getting over it" but historically if it is good or bad, nothing more.
  3. Protecting the lives of people and taking a stand against hate and discrimination isn't an absolute disaster... it was the right thing to do.
  4. Are you going to Crete, Rhodes or Cyprus? I have been to Crete several times and Rhodes once on deployments back in the 2000s and both were amazing places. I would LOVE to get some fried goats cheese in Crete or the souvlaki pita in Rhodes again... highly recommend either
  5. The reason why he had a low turnover rate was that he would do the bare minimum to push the ball down the field! He was obviously more interested in his stats instead of winning games. Case in point... Josh Allen tied his Bills mark for 4th quarter comebacks in just 16 games started. It took Tyrod three full seasons just to get 5, and our 2018 team was one of the worst total offensive skill position teams in years. Tyrod didn't win a majority of those games... he played not to lose and it's why he didn't do much of anything after he left.
  6. Thank you all for your responses and thoughtful answers! I am 50 years old, so at the beginning of the Super Bowl run I was 17. Although the results were bad, I don't consider those years bad... it was an awesome time and it was so fun to be a Bills fan, long before instant opinion social media sapped a lot of the fun away.
  7. So I am just curious... as Bills fans, do you all consider four straight Super Bowl losses bad or no? This was inspired by a response from another thread, and I am genuinely curious as to how others feel.
  8. Umm NO, I do not...
  9. In case you haven't seen it... the sicko who owns Doral was found liable in a court of law for sexual abuse against E. Jean Carroll, like it or not.
  10. Fashion and playing a golf tournament on a sexual abuser's golf course are two totally different things.
  11. So? Nobody else has been to four straight, before or after, so if you consider that part of the history of the Bills to be that bad then I feel sorry for you.
  12. This is the researcher and historian in me
  13. Beasley goes into the same bucket as Willis McGahee, Vontae Davis and Dusty Ziegler... I don't give AF... bottom of the barrel
  14. Sorry, but this "governmental regulation" and "lifestyle" doesn't wash... the changes in population by decade proves that Wyoming has factors which stunted its growth like the ones they talked about on the video: Wyoming vs. Colorado by decade, 1900-1950 (rounded up) 1900 93,000 to 540,000 1910 146,000 to 800,000 1920 194,000 to 940,000 1930 206,000 to 1,036,000 1940 251,000 to 1,124,000 1950 290,000 to 1,325,000 So basically the population of Wyoming increased by just under 200,000 in 50 years while Colorado increased by 785,000 in 50 years. I sincerely doubt either one of those issues factored much into the changes in population between 1900 and 1950 at all.
  15. I was just curious... the Dust Bowl devastated the area where my grandfather was from, and so I get why the Dakotas emptied, but Wyoming be so much less populated had me curious... couldn't resist looking into it.
  16. It's very interesting that he brought up farming... I watched this video last month, and it explains in great detail why Wyoming is much less populated than Colorado, and also why there is a lot less land for farms (I know Josh is from California, FYI). Just informational... I love these sort of historical videos.
  17. Yes, because social media news sites are usually full of utter BS... "legacy" as you call it are the last vestiges of old school journalism. In this case, their sports department has the issue and since it is Boston, our rivals, it's suspicious.
  18. It's the Boston Globe... Boston... come on, people should see "Boston" and immediately discount that they have aa scoop on ANYTHING Buffalo sports related.
  19. I sincerely doubt there is any chance of that before 2024... I don't expect him to last myself, but he could very well turn the defense around. I just wish we had JIM SCHWARTZ to coach up this defense. He was the best DC we've had since Wade Phillips and Ted Cottrell.
  20. Respect is an integral part of society, like it or not, and now who is being sensitive?
  21. The Bills should never draft Haloti Ngata as he'd be a total bust.
  22. It's not sensitivity but respect for probably the most wise and well liked Mafia member on TBD... that's all... nothing personal, promise!
  23. "Justin Herbert? Justin Herbert? He's not better than Josh. Naaah, fam, just naaah."
  24. I think that only @Shaw66should be allowed to use "The Rockpile" anything for the heading in their posts... this is false advertising for those who get the very best quality insights and assessments from him instead of this. .02
  25. It's not our job to do the research and to find "the guy". You have to go through individual assistants and available HCs and assess them and rank them first. None of us have that expertise. All we know is that the ultimate goal of the franchise is to win a Super Bowl, and so far with the talent we have it is unacceptable to not even get to the Super Bowl, much less win it. We DO know that at least. He's in a make or break year, and we'll see what happens come early 2024. You can't just shrug your shoulders and say "who's the guy?" and retain a coach that is not performing at the standard expected with the talent we have. That's not what winners do, that's what people that accept the ineffectual status quo do.
