Good question. If I'm reading the subtle nuances in the press as they've gone from denying these hearings are real to admitting they're real but still denying they have any substance. The next step will be admitting they have substance but denying that substance means anything important (other than a crusade to "get" the Biden's). How this progression from denial to proof to truth comes about will be interesting to watch and might take a while. The other thing that peaks my interest is how this could all tie neatly into the impeachment proceedings we witnessed. Recall then President Trump was charged with looking to dig up dirt on his political opponent in Ukraine of all places. Suspiciously, the center of much conflict and warfare at the moment. Coincidence, or not? Here nobody in Washington seems eager to support any desire to track and account for all the money and weapons the US taxpayer has been graciously volunteered to provide. Recall so called whistle blower CIA operative Eric Ciaramella and Col, Vindman, I believe of the NSA, along with Intel Inspector General Michael Atkinson blew the whistle so to speak on Donald. And off we went on to the impeachment drama. Simultaneously, we now know the FBI was sitting on the infamous Hunter Biden laptop, unknown to Trump but certainly known to AG Barr and FBI director Wray. I find it hard to believe the CIA, NSA, and the other intelligence agencies had no idea what the Biden's were up to in places like Ukraine and China. These chaps know when a Bee lands on a clover in some obscure corner of the world so it seems plausible they knew what was going on and felt uncompleted to tell the truth. Rather, that obstructed and hide the truth. Maybe this is how the deep state operates, Give the politicians enough rope to hang themselves and hold it over them so the spooks get their way? It seems plausible they don't have the goods on the people running these hearings or else they'd disappear in a flash. And given Barr and Wray obviously knew about the laptop they're guilty of hiding evidence that would have validated Trump's reasons for asking questions and provided probable cause to proceed further. What was their motivation to disregard their sworn duties? Not to even mention the 51 or so former intelligence officials who lied about the origins of the laptop, In order to protect Biden and enable his election. My suggestion is eventually all these characters I've mentioned should see the inside of a jail cell for a long time. But first, we'll need to get through the present drama.

The American Media Should Not Be Trusted

This is how ABC news positioned the story: Republicans on the committee have long claimed that President Biden was more involved in his son's business dealings than he has disclosed -- and Monday's interview with Archer will likely be the latest attempt for Republicans to back up those claims. During his 2020 campaign Biden told reporters, "I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses." -
That's a fine forensic investigation. But you'd be better off saying the "big guy" is what Steve Urkel called Carl Winslow on Family Matters (1989-1997). At least that characterization would be true. But in this case of what's being discussed here its Joe Biden. Corroborated independently by e-mails on the laptop, the IRS whistleblower, and Hunter's former business partner Tony Bobulinski. Not convinced? So do this. Pretend its Trump instead of Biden. Now you believe it! Problem solved..

Politically, most of his fans and supporters don't understand that Biden is already a dead man walking and that the DNC leadership is working behind the scenes to remove him at the appropriate time. The tricky part is getting rid of VP Harris and installing somebody more favorable to the party faithful. As these allegations become too obvious for even the blind, deaf, and dumb MSM to ignore leadership will need to make their move before the 2024 election campaign season gets serious. They certainly don't want RFK Jr. to gain any momentum off the event as they view him as a worse scenario than Trump winning in 2016. Unlike Donald, the guy has a plan and an intimate understanding of the game and what he's up against. Which regardless of his "rep" for some extreme views makes him dangerous to the establishment. Things are about to get very interesting. I could envision the triggering of events like a stock market crash, a run on the dollar, a loss of confidence in Washington, and some enemies attempting to take advantage of the situation.

Because the guy was hot on the money trail that led straight to Joe and Hunter along with Burisma executives so he had to go. That's a much more plausible explanation given what we now know than some sketchy and nebulous connection to NATO membership proposed by folks that lack the comprehension skills and willingness to accept that Joe and family are as dirty as pigs in a mud hole.

Unfortunately, most of the debate about the debt is centered on pointing fingers at which party is more irresponsible than the other along with who is threatening to take away people's "benefits". It's like two guys arguing over how to split the dinner check on the deck of the Titanic while the ship is sinking.

I'll tell you what annoyed me more than the 13 seconds? The 12 seconds in week 6 against the Chiefs where they did the exact same thing except this time the Chiefs had only one timeout. They squib kicked this time but it made no difference. Granted it was 63 yards but come on.

Things That Are "Far Right"
All_Pro_Bills replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
One thing about propaganda is when people know its propaganda the main effect is to produce laughter and contempt for its sponsor. In this case it might be for those sad sack fools at NPR. Time to get real jobs for those folks. Something like shoving horse crap as they've got a lot of practical experience. -
Most likely nothing will be done until the point where everyone is forced to do something by circumstances and events. Two parts politics and one part procrastination. Sadly, anyone with a rudimentary understanding of finance knows all this debt accumulation is unsustainable and it will never be paid back. There will be some form of default, either direct or indirect. A problem is the government spends too much money on too many programs. We can debate which programs and to what extent but that's just an exercise in futility. Most people see the solution as the other guy either pays more or gets less and they're left alone. Another problem is consumers have way too much debt too. What I think is holding up action and solutions is citizens have no clear and obvious collective interests as a nation. Well the collective interest people don't understand is a debt crisis will emerge, when or how is uncertain, and the value of the money they hold either through wages, investment, or savings will drop while the cost of everything they need will increase. Just like it has in the past 1 1/2 years but not by 8 or 9 percent but by 10 to 100 times worse. Then everybody will be looking around at each other wondering how we let it get to this point.

A wild guess. The job responsibilities are assisting in the laundering of US aid money to the government of Ukraine which is magically transferred into the accounts of various oligarchs and public officials. Such as the owners of Barisma. These officials use the funds for a lavish lifestyle buying things like luxury villas in places like Spain, Italy, and Greece. As a result of providing this service, which is ensuring no US government accountability audits will be performed against the funds, the employee will receive a percentage of the proceeds. Through family association with the VP of the United States the blocking of any audits or questions about aid will be performed.

Trump was impeached because he was investigating how much cash the Biden's sucked out of Ukraine. What some described as trying to dig up "dirt" on his opponent. A type of election interference. What it meant was you can't ask questions about corrupt politicians that are protected by the system. But I understand the threshold of proof here on PPP is dependent on the subject of the investigation. We've got lots of slow-witted posters here convinced Trump sold nuclear secrets to our enemies with absolutely not a single shred of what might constitute the minimum level of suspicion. They are most gullible and buy over and over again the proverbial Brooklyn Bridge proverb. With the Biden's we've got official FBI documents detailing specific activities, most of which are illegal. Wire transfer records, avoidance of taxes, and unaccounted for sources of income. We have a House committee investigating the Biden's which is expected to produce about 10 criminal referrals of Hunter Biden, for starters. But no "proof". I find the entire debate mentally draining and senseless because unless Joe Biden walked up to their door, rang the doorbell, and announced he was guilty many of his defenders here won't be compelled to use any common sense or objective thinking and acknowledge there's more to the story than smoke.

These deniers must have landed on their heads a few too many times as children. The IRS investigators concluded taxes were not paid. Along with this the income on which those taxes were not paid could not be substantiated through some "legal" source. The investigators found a trail of payments to the Biden's from various foreign entities. ETF transactions from these sources to various bank accounts, shell companies, and then into the personal accounts of Biden family members. Transactions with dates, accounts, and dollar amounts. When they brought these cases to their superiors at the IRS to initiate some legal action consistent with IRS tax evasion investigations of unpaid income taxes from illegal sources their superiors were pressured from above. Succumbing to the pressure they removed these investigators from the case and as a result the investigations were halted. Do they think higher-ups in Washington pressured the IRS investigating team's management to stop the investigation because they were finding nothing? Quite the opposite. They had the goods on the Biden's. The IRS knew it, the DOJ, knew it, the FBI knew it, and the Biden's knew it. Now we all know it too. But the DOJ and FBI leadership are just as corrupt. And will do nothing because they're running a political protection racket. That's the proof. I'd like to see how they would handle an IRS audit where they've got the goods on them to this extent. Unpaid income taxes from illegally obtained and unreported income. Go in there and tell them they have no proof. See how far that gets you with the IRS. I await their responses with the usual excuses and deflection.

They were busy with doctors fudging diagnosis codes and death certificates to receive special reimbursements from the government for handling COVID cases and deaths. But some of our friends here are going to tell us doctors and members of the medical community would never do such a thing and will always act with the highest ethical and moral standard and none would think of fudging anything to push some extra cash into their pockets. Even though its demonstrated that medical fraud, waste, and abuse incidents amount to billions every year.

Although there's a lot of hoopla and virtue signalling from western sources worrying about those poor Africans and Middle Easterners almost all the grain shipments out of Ukraine were going to Europe. So its not like Africa/ME are suddenly being deprived of grain with the agreement ending. They were already getting screwed.

You're obsessed with characterizing things in emotional terms while avoiding the meat of the argument. In this case the Democrats claim that censorship doesn't exist while attempting to censor speakers from speaking. What are they so afraid of? That's what we're talking about.
-
Which party denies they're censoring the American public and "unapproved" experts but proved their complicity by attempting, and failing, to censor public testimony from individuals they were afraid to let speak freely? If anyone's trying so hard it's you attempting to justify and ignore censorship. What I'm doing is pointing out and applauding efforts to protect the principles of freedom and democracy. While you side with the authoritarians and censors. Shame on you.
-
Are you drunk this morning? As this makes no sense.
-
An amazing job of exposing themselves as fascist censors and big government storm troopers gleefully supporting trampling over the 1st amendment rights of American citizens.
-
Kennedy gave testimony at a hearing on government censorship where Democrats attempted to censor and block him from testifying all while claiming no such government censorship programs and efforts exist. Basically demonstrating the behavior they claim doesn't exist. Just amazing. Lying mofo's can't even get their story straight.

In reality QB's don't beat each other because they're never on the field at the same time. They beat the other guys defense. Also, of the three QB's , Allen, Burrow, and Mahomes, Allen had the least effective supporting cast of offensive line and skill players. That absolutely had an impact on the results each QB produced. As for the defenses, from a talent perspective I think the three teams are fairly close. The problem with the Bills defense has been its predictability. When facing great QB's that's a terrible trait. You know which 4 guys are rushing and how they're coming at you the line blocking calls are easy and the QB pre-snap reads are too.

Garland needs to refer these cases to a special prosecuter. But he won't.
