  1. Very sharp looking. The Chargers always have one of the best uniform sets, I think.
  2. I live in Houston and I think Watson wants out. Just my gut feeling. DW's no dummy and I think he, just like anybody, sees the long term harm that BoB is doing to that franchise. So, if BoB is there, I don't think there is any amount of money that Houston can offer DW to convince him to stay, especially if he has his pick of potential suitors. Now, if BoB is let go because (a) BoB ruined the franchise or (b) ownership senses that DW won't stay with HOU if BoB is still around, then all bets are off and DW might stick around. Of course, if the Texans turn into the burning dumpster filled with baby diarrhea diapers that I expect them to, getting rid of BoB might not be enough to keep DW around. He' be entering his prime and again; could have his pick of teams and still make a lot of $$$. Maybe even Buffalo!
  3. False. They want this game. Badly. This is a team who thinks they shoulda won week 1. It's also a team that beat a good team fighting for the playoffs in the Steelers.
  4. I'd add Baltimore to the elite category. I also don't think Houston is very good (FO+Coach). Bill O'brien is NOT a good coach. He doesn't elevate his team on game day and the fact that he's also the GM (look at how bad their off season was in the draft and free agency) is also pretty damning. Zero people skills. His handling of the Clowney situation was a joke. He and the team have been "successful" because of how good their defense has been historically and also because the roster had key superstar talent at important positions when he came on board (Watt, Hopkins) and drafting an obvious stud in Watson. O'brien has underwhelmed in the playoffs too.
  5. This is the key point. It would be interesting to plot this against opponents win loss record
  6. Hi Mods- can we update the schedule, it's still showing 2019. Thanks! *Edited to correct my obvious typo....
  7. I want so badly to be on the Allen train, but I just don't think he's ever going to be the guy if he can't limit the hero ball. I listened to his presser today. He keeps saying the right things, week after week, how he needs to be smarter with the ball, but week after week he is carless with the ball. That being said, I wanted him on the field in the 4th so he had a chance to "will us to victory", but... if he was smarter with the ball and only threw one or two INTs this is a different game and one we probably win. Josh Allen was a liability on the field and the coaches need an intervention with him
  8. This is a complete evisceration. We are not a good team right now. Very bad game planning.
  9. Just think, we had all year to come up with this game plan
  10. I will do that, thanks! PS, I was in Denver a few years back during a preseason game and I was surprised at how many Buffalo fans I saw wearing their Bills gear that day. We are a terrific fan base!
  11. 1. Correct, I edited my post to clarify that I'd be looking for the International version of Gamepass 2. I've just never had any luck with the illegal streaming site. They either don't work, have poor quality, or get shut down. Plus, I'd be using my company computer so there's that....
  12. Yeah that's what I'm talking about- but it's still a full season commitment - or so I understand. I wish I could buy games a la carte
  13. I'm going to be out of the country on business and unfortunately will miss the first 2 and possibly first 3 games of our Superbowl season (one can dream, right). Would any of you who have International Gamepass (or are thinking about getting it) be interested in sharing access to your account in exchange for some money? That way neither party has to pay the cost of the entire package? I'm happy to pay via Venmo, PaypPal, etc for each game I watch... I just don't want to buy a whole season of Gamepass and end up only needing it for 2 games. Please PM me if interested- Mod's feel free to move this thread if you want to. ALSO, I'm not interested in trying torrents or illegal streams so please don't suggest either as an alternative. However, if there are other legal alternatives that I don't know about, then please do chime in! Thanks! EDIT: Clarified International Gamepass
  14. Glad to see you back here, Spags! Anybody know which Jets message board Spags is a part of (if any)?
  15. Seem's about right. Pats are #1 until Brady falls of the cliff and the Fins will suck. I think you could make the case that the Bills and Jets both should be higher based on how each team improved over the off season.... but at the same time, I get it. We're talking 6 and 4 win teams last year. Hard to bump them up too much when other teams also made improvements, on paper. Relative to the Jets, I'm OK with the ranking. I think we're very evenly matched with the Jets going into the season. Yes, they have a lot of new pieces and players in that organization, but they have strength on their D-line, QB and RB. My non expert opinions is that Darnold is going to do very well this year and "will" the Jets to some victories- just like he did in the 4th quarter last year against us. He's was consistently more refined as a passer than Allen was and I expect that to continue being the case. HOWEVER, I still have very high expectations for Allen but think it will take him a little longer to get "there"- which I think he will. His ceiling is very high. I think Allen starts the season a little slow given all our new pieces on offense, but starts lighting things up around the 2nd half of the season. Long term, the Bills & Jets and Bills should both be perennial playoff contenders over the next 10+ years with Josh and Sam under center.
  16. Surprised? Billy O is a megalomaniac and ultimately will be the reason why the wheels will fall off that team (I live in Houston so follow the Texans with some enthusiasm). The Bills have OL, RB and WR that we could package in for a Clowney trade, and I think we would actually be a good long term landing spot for Clowney from his perspective given that we figure to have a top 10 defense for the next several years and have a potential franchise QB leading our O (at worst, I think Josh Allen is an Andy Dalton type).... yet Bill O'Brien doesn't seem to want to explore that. Probably because of his power struggle with Gaine. Bill O'brien must have the world's smallest pen15 if this is indeed the case. Let's not explore all serious options just because your former colleague and GM wanted Clowney to stay in Houston. What a joke.
  17. Thought I'd share this with everyone. Most of their posters seem to sense a Jet victory (no surprise there), but there is healthy respect for our D, Beasley and even a few who are worried about how to stop Josh (ie using a spy opens up the field for big plays). They also acknowledged their atrocious secondary. Me, I'm concerned with big Q and their stout D line making is too one dimensional early in the game (bottling the run and flustering Josh). I also like Darnold a lot and worry that he can pick us apart with short throws which in the best case scenario will keep drives alive, tire our D and help their field position. We seemed so awful last year giving up big completions on 3rd and 6+. Anyway here it is: https://forums.jetnation.com/topic/146258-jets-bills-can-we-start-talking-game-plan-yet/
