  1. Dude... Youngblood Bill & Ted Parenthood Bram Stoker's Dracula (though he was awful in it) Speed Matrix John Wick Okay, so many of his movies have been terrible, but there's some good stuff in there.
  2. You're not going to enjoy this message board.
  3. Pretty sure he doesn't count against the formula
  4. Honestly, I don't have an issue with keeping track of additions and losses of compensatory FAs for the sake of tracking. I do think it's rather silly to proclaim the loss of comp picks that the team never had as blatant stupidity less than a week into the process.
  5. I'm a bad guy to ask about safeties, because I always think that I can find one later in the draft. I was absolutely incredulous when Justin Simmons was still around in R3 last year. For this team, as it stands right now, I see Hyde at SS and Poyer at FS, but I need another body at SS to play in big nickel packages if Hyde is going to slide in at slot corner like I expect. Jones fits the bill, as does Justin Evans. I think there could also be some later-round guys like Jadar Johnson and Lorenzo Jerome that offer enough pop and versatility to be sub-package safeties as well.
  6. As I said 2 months ago, he's going to blow up at the combine and go a full round ahead of where his actual performance says he should go. It's time to start looking at NC State's Josh Jones as a potential option in R3 IMO
  7. Some discussion that Blokes and I had on this guy: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/186337-2017-nfl-mock-drafts-top-prospects/page-101?do=findComment&comment=4234560
  8. Peter Schrager‏Verified account @PSchrags 15m15 minutes ago More The Los Angeles Chargers will be releasing OT King Dunlap. @gmfb @NFLonFOX
  9. Not a bad pickup as your 4th DE/situational pass rusher He's got some ability; had 6.5 sacks for Jax a few years back.
  10. I would like to applaud the OP for bringing some new context to the Tyrod discussion. Nice work.
  11. Literally everything you just said applied to Miami last year (except that you need to swap OL with WR)...and they made the playoffs.
  12. I've said all along that Zach will get about 80% of what Hightower gets. I still believe that to be the case.
  13. Perfectly fine with me as competition for the WR3 spot. Him vs Walt Powell vs Listenbee vs hopefully another vet Bonus!
  14. Not since college, but... That's hardly a death sentence for him. There are guys like Damien Woody and Louis Vasquez that move out to tackle for the first time as pros and do just fine. That doesn't mean that Groy will be one of them; only that it's hardly the most preposterous idea ever mentioned
  15. And the point of focusing on this 72 hours into FA is...what? Also, I had to laugh at the "let's be technically accurate" nature of this post that includes the statement "200% factual"
  16. As to the topic at hand, why don't we wait and see if/when Zach, Gragg, Bryant, Hunter, Tate, etc sign anywhere before we go blasting the organization for not betting a FA loss.
  17. In the few days that you've been on this forum, I've seen you use this exact response at least 4 times. It adds absolutely nothing to any discussion
  18. I said I'd love it if he came back for less than $4.5M AAV. So I love it
  19. There's a whole lot of "should be" with King. I want to like him more than I do, which isn't to say that I don't like him, but rather that I think he's more of a R3 cover guy in a top-10 corner's body. He's a good fit as a zone corner with his length and ball skills, but he seems limited to certain coverage techniques (he plays a TON of bail and very little jam/trail/etc). He's also not aggressive enough. Someone's going to take him in the top 50 IMO, but I'd rather have Houston's Howard Wilson despite the lack of straight line speed
  20. Brett Tessler‏ @TesslerSports Follow More So proud of my client Mike Remmers.. College walk-on, undrafted free agent, cut 6 times, just signed to a $30M deal w/the Minnesota Vikings!
  21. Please. Tayshaun Gipson lead the NFL in INTs while playing for the Browns. I have no idea why you think Hyde wasn't a good player at safety (or nickel for that matter). Here's a nice piece that a Ravens site put together on him: http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2017/2/25/14715616/sleepers-on-the-2017-free-agent-market-micah-hyde-the-all-around-corner-ravens-packers Good, solid player on the rise.
  22. Wait, is it impossible that a player on a bad team could actually be a good player? Also, see above: he started all 6 games that he played last year, and he put up good tackle numbers.
  23. That's not correct. Poyer started all 6 games in which he played, and played 355 snaps. He averaged 5 solo tackles per game. Hyde was actually quite good...did you watch him?
