Literally everything you post about Watkins is wrong. Every...single...time. Goodwin has played in 39 games in 4 years; Sammy has played in 37 games in 3 years. The percentage of availability isn't even close between the two. Sammy had as many catches in 8 games (two of which he couldn't move) as Goodwin had in 15 last year, and that was with 16 fewer targets. For the sake of your own credibility, please stop posting about Watkins. Your takes on him are wildly inaccurate 100% of the time.

That appears to be the case-the option bonuses are probably what makes it a year-to-year deal after the first 2 years, because the pro-rating of the $7M signing bonus conversion likely makes his release after 2017 a net loss of cap space.
