  1. Same here. Section 120, Row 28. Can't wait!
  2. MSG is part of the Time Warner package in Rochester. Does this mean we get the Sabres on TW here?
  3. It was his sophomore year. That was Kris Farris, and injuries were his problem in Pittsburgh. TD brought him here to see if he might finally be healthy. He wasn't, and he was cut. How is that not admitting his mistakes?
  4. Not quite. He did that in practice while he was at Mississippi State. So during his first mini-camp with the Bills, Thurman ran out onto the field with a pizza and presented it to Moulds.
  5. And Todd Collins' preseason rating in 2004 was 128.2. No joke. WTF cares what a QB's rating is in preseason?
  6. Post marked for easy later reference.
  7. Good to know, thanks. Is there a way to buy tickets early? The RGRTA site doesn't say.
  8. Yeah yeah... hm I couldn't get just!@#$inggoogleit.com to link to here because of the profanity filter.
  9. He's not going to mind if you just pick him up after, is he?
  10. Never mind. Found it. Thanks to Sackmarino who also asked and answered his own question in a previous thread.
  11. Ordinarily I'd do my own damn research but am hoping someone has a quick answer. One of the members of our usual game-going party had a mild heart attack last week. He had a stent and some angioplasty done and, like a true Bills fan, is determined to go to the opener. Problem: we have always parked in an off-stadium lot off California Road. There is no way this guy will be able to make that walk now. He's going to try to get a handicapped parking tag, but time is running short. We are thinking of taking the RTS shuttle from Fisher as a last resort. Does anyone have details on that -- what time it leaves, where to buy tickets in advance, etc? Many thanks!!
  12. I don't really put much stock in what position the last six or seven guys on the team play. The only place those guys are going to contribute is on special teams, so they made the team because they're good special teamers. As for depth at a particular position, perhaps the Bills feel that if it really comes down to needing another body at that position, they can get one off the waiver wire when they need one. Until then they don't see the need to carry an insurance policy that's not as good on ST as someone who happens to play a position the Bills are deep at.
  13. And Bryson sticks it to us. Nine-yard TD run.
  14. And there's another INT. 2-7-50 (2:15) J.Losman pass intended for S.Aiken INTERCEPTED by B.Walker (A.Goodman) at DET 45. B.Walker to BUF 18 for 37 yards (S.Williams). PENALTY on BUF-J.Esposito, Unnecessary Roughness, 9 yards, enforced at BUF 18.
  15. OK, that was funny. That other person has a higher IQ than Rush's audience combined, though.
  16. Sadly, yes.
  17. Be that as it may, the same kind of knee-jerk response is happening on the other side.
  18. I don't think the people who posted below you have much experience in disaster response. No, it seems to me that anyone who voted one way in the last election is basically saying one thing, while those that voted the other way are saying another. And that's not interesting. That's appalling.
  19. And you ought to be careful how you choose your words.
  20. You all might be interested in what the media's number one Bills fan has to say about all this.
  21. I hear ya, John, but is that any different from what the GOP did all during the '90s? The party in power is generally arrogant. The party out of power is generally whiny. Let's not try to pretend that either is better than the other.
  22. BREAKING NEWS Updated: 1:35 p.m. ET Sept. 2, 2005 NEW ORLEANS - A huge oil spill was spotted near two storage tanks on the Mississippi River downstream from New Orleans, state officials said Friday. The oil was seen in a flyover to the Venice area by the Department of Environmental Quality. “Two tanks with the capacity of holding 2 million barrels appear to be leaking,” the department said in a statement.
  23. I thought so too, until the RNC started selling pictures of W "managing" the crisis to donors before the bodies of the 9/11 victims were even cold. To accuse only the Democrats of playing politics with national disaster is to have the world's biggest set of blinders on. At BEST both sides are equally guilty.
  24. Is that right? Did they have to completely evacuate a city of 469,000 people that sits below sea level and is one of the nation's most important commercial ports? Biloxi has 48,000 people. Gulfport, 71,000. Maybe Katrina hit them more directly than it did New Orleans, but I hope you're not saying that it had a bigger impact on them than it did on N.O.
  25. Why not? Just stretch a tarp over that stupid hole-in-the-roof-so-God-can-watch-his-favorite-team that they have. Problem solved.
