  1. On a slightly more serious note, Bosa played with his hair on fire today. This is what we were getting from Von in the early parts of 2022 I know the man's legal name is "Joey Bosa if healthy" but honestly I'm not seeing anything yet that worries me. It's still early to talk extension but this is looking like a bargain at the moment
  2. Guys I'm starting to think this Joey Bosa guy might be good
  3. My cardiologist appreciates this game Did you guys know resting heart rate is supposed to be under 120?
  4. I can't bring myself to do anything but respect Tyrod. He gave us a bunch of food games, got us to the playoffs and then got traded away. Ever since then his career has been snakebit
  5. Yes The issue has never been the talent it is injury history
  6. The a holes just cut the game for Titans Rams
  7. I'm at Wegmans for last minute run. Three people have given me a Go Bills (I'm wearing a hat) Bills Mafia has spread far and wide
  8. Prediction Time The Jets keep it surprisingly close. They are set up for the same read option that gave the Bills fits last week. We freak out about the run D but this time we don't get burned as bad selling out to stop the run. The Jets front is formidable but it looks like the middle isn't as good as the Ravens. I think Shakir has a bounce back and the Bills pick on whoever isn't Sauce. If it becomes a boat race I have much more faith in Allen than Fields. Bills 27 Jets 24
  9. I wish I wasn't so nervous about the Bills playing a team they are objectively better than. I think that in 8 hours we are pulling our hair out about our Run D while still being 2-0. Go Bills! I can't think about that right now but yes they and the Ravens have a brutal starts and we could stack wins
  10. Hey man it's just the facts. A Trump voter used the weapon of choice for mass shooters that Republicans fight to keep access to, managed to get close enough to shoot legally due to local Republican gunaws and didn't stand out due to all the similarly armed people. Thanks. If I become a bigger scumbag maybe Turning Point will hire me. I hear they have an opening.
  11. The man died doing what he loved: downplaying the consequences of gun violence and encouraging a lack of empathy towards its victims. What's the betting pool about it being another MAGA psycho just like it was with Trump?
  12. Yeah he's fitting right in. I'm kind of liking the flexibility we are getting in the pass game where I get the same selfless vibes of Everyone Eats but everyone is a little better and we have some more options to choose from.
  13. I could stand to see more 3TE sets. It'd be pretty awesome if we could go as condensed as 3TE to spread 4x1 based on the opponent because it means whatever the defense is doing, you have something to try to counter with
  14. To be fair, Dareus was going pretty fast
  15. It's still a rough matchup but Fields and Hall are the Temu versions of Jackson and Henry. They can do damage but the latter are both HOF versions
  16. There's a bunch of things unfortunately. First is that the Ravens intrinsically play a style that's a natural counter to McDermott's defense. Our philosophy is aggressive single gapping up front and playing zone, where the idea is that the priority is to shut down the pass first. Runs are stopped by rolling the dice and stopping plays in the backfield until game script & Josh Allen can build a lead and make them pass. Lamar & Henry are so dangerous on the read option that our aggression works against us. If you add a spy that's one less person getting pressure or in coverage and if you sell out to stop the run Lamar is good enough to beat you in the air. There are multiple things that made it worse: -Lamar & Henry rested and motivated -Ojenjobi and Hoecht suspended -Our rookie D-line players needing time to develop -Injuries to Hairston and Tre pushing a 6th round rookie (Strong) into the role Those things could get better over the season but we don't know yet
  17. Guys! We're crowdfunding an app! We're gonna be rich!
  18. I did a brief tour around PhinHeaven and Russel Street Report for some schadenfreude. However I always forget how eye bleeding their formatting is. I mean geez I remember the days of free Invision and Proboards and how do you make your forum look worse than that? Meanwhile TBD is clean looking, easy to navigate and read and has reactions. To thank you to all who keep it going.
  19. I swear to you, I make a point of getting to a Wegmans half an hour away so I can get as big a pack of Sahlems as possible. Otherwise I'm in *shudders* Nathan's country. Also quarts of Bison French Onion but that is to be expected I think you can just stop there
  20. Is it me or are the responses to the game in the national press kind of quiet? This was a primetime game and called an instant classic but I'm not seeing a ton of time for it and what there is, it's mostly describing the Ravens collapse. Maybe it's the trauma from all those years when we'd get an upset and no one would give credit but man this seems odd. So you're saying he could a poster on here...
  21. Yeah I was kind of mystified as to why we didn't test the boundary corners more earlier. It worked great in the two minute drill
  22. Look as much as it pains me to say: Going back to last year Nick Wright has had some of the best Bills takes of national media figures I know, hear me out. When Mahomes got his last ring I think he chilled out. To start 2024 he was saying that the team lost a lot of names but that those names weren't living up to the production they once were. He picked the Bills over the Ravens in the playoffs. Yes, he's a Chiefs homer and a bit of a troll but when I see other national making takes for the sake of takes I actually think he believe what he's saying.
