  1. Jesus, who banged the wife of the NFL head of refereeing. Two games in a row brutal ticky tak calls going one direction
  2. Ducking Autocorrect! Not about calling Jacksonville the Jagoffs
  3. I'll say this: at this current rate it is more appealing than you might think. The Phins biggest offensive liability is the O-line. They've started to rebuild but had bad injuries and this always takes time, even when you have a wizard like Kromer. For all that I hate the Tua hype and think he's the product of inflated stats and his supporting cast he's a top half of the league starter. If Brady thinks he's hit the limit and wants to start with a rookie I am positive someone will throw picks at a trade. Even if Hill never comes back Waddle is a WR1 and they have a strong run game. Everyone Eats would work fine there. my biggest concern with McDaniel as OC is I don't think he has the game awareness for play calling. he's a brilliant play designer but some people here think Brady gets too cute and that is 200% McDaniel
  4. At this point I just want a win. Get the the bye, get back your injured and suspended players, and get ready In the last week we saw KC lose to the Jagoffs just to beat the Lions, so let's not pretend that trans mail in games let's just bounce back
  5. I think the most vocal detractor was Joe Marino. I think a lot of the podcasters were pumping the brakes because while they saw upside the back injury and build, combined with playing as a single gapper mean he was he wasn't seen as a run stuffer and more of a 1-tech pass rusher. Being in the 4th round as a high reward low risk pick. That he is already one of the best run stuffers on the team, and has flashed those pass rushing skills as well has him easily top 2 in our most immediately impactful rookies and no disrespect to Hawes, Walker's ceiling is much much higher. He's already exceeded what I would have considered a success for the season and Beane might have found a top tier player in the 4th round. Can we have Beane just draft defenders 4th round and back?
  6. While I am enjoying the Jackson Hawes story, if I'm going to pick who is the rookies is going to be bona fide star it's Walker
  7. The only thing I'm shocked about is that the Bills have a single above average run defender
  8. I will say, right now, at this moment, Kincaid if the most reliable receiving threat we have and this is looking like the promise we saw two years ago I'm not giving up hope on Keon but right now I'm feeding Kincaid
  9. you cannot tell me that in one quarter the Bills have committed five penalties and the Pats have none, especially as I watched Maye turf a ball in the pocket to avoid a free runner
  10. Especially while missing the most obvious intentional ground call ever
  11. I think it's that we've seen stretches of play in the last two weeks where we see the Bills have a stretch where they inexplicably stall and start to let a clearly inferior team back into the game and while I don't think the Pats are world beaters or even close to as good as the Bills right now Vrabel is coaching them up and could take better advantage of stallouts I'm hoping for a dose of Primetime Josh
  12. I guess I'm the odd one out because, God help me, I actually get along fine with them. Maybe it's the inherent seeping corruption of NJ or marrying an Eagles fan but I shall describe to you the most I've been heckled by an Eagles fan *Walking down the street in a blue and red hoodie* E: Hey! Are you a Giants fan? Me: No, Bills E: Oh. *Walks away* The ones I know in person generally know ball, have a reverence for fringe journeyman players of the 00s like we do to Fitz, Stevie and Freddy. They bluster but don't really go at it until you jaw back...or are a Cowboys fan, and that is levels of being a hater that I can get behind.
  13. I mean I know that within the league no HC wants to risk one of 32 jobs but... Say Miami tanks and they win the Arch Manning sweepstakes. they're already turning over the defense. Regardless of Hill they have a security blanket in Waddle. They could probably turn things around quick and be the most attractive coaching destination if they move on
  14. Were you in the Big Lebowski? Because that's like your opinion man Do my eyes deceive me or did the Lolfins have another 4th quarter collapse?
  15. yeah my dial says 87 here NJ is not supposed to be the South! We're the *other* swamp full of crazy people thank you very much
  16. So guys we have someone who makes splash plays against the run and can occupy two blockers. It's been a while is that still legal?
  17. Maybe this doesn't quite meet the brief but right now what is the point of Curtis Samuel? Everything we signed him to do is being done better than everyone else. Trading him mid season even for a pick swap would give only minor salary cap help but that's a roster spot opened for when we get Larry O, Hoecht and hopefully Hairston back. I'd like an upgrade too but that kind of move seems very Beane
  18. Taylor had a bit of a down week and didn't crack 100 yards. Cook got over that and a TD. Cook is showing why he commanded his payday. He has the second most rushing yards and has the most rushing TDs in the league at 5, more than Henry or Saquan
  19. Are we eager to get the taste of last game out of our mouths? I'm not sure it's going to be any better. The Bills are definitely better than the Pats but they have played is tough in recent years.
  20. To Marino's credit, I've heard people who offered glowing reviews of Walker have admitted that he's probably always going to be topheavy due to his height and length which is fantastic for pass rush but a liability for run stuffing.
  21. I don't want to be overly positive...and I'm failing. 😁 But seriously, while I can admit Walker still has his rookie growing pains, his splash plays show incredible upside. Right now we have plenty of consistently ok players on D, I am to take a few gambles for results
  22. I'm hearing real grass on the new field next year
  23. Honestly I think that's the bigger long term effect. Even if the chiefs look mortal we all kind of assumed they'd rally to some extent by end of season. If the Ravens skid hard and early and lose most of their D I honestly don't know if they can keepup
