Bradford is an NFL QB, Tyrod is not. Tyrod is struggling with an actual NFL offense, I think you will find that Roman got a bad rap trying to cover Tyrod's limitations.
It's year 7 of Tyrods NFL career and he still looks like a kick returner with an average arm than an franchise QB. Tyrod is an excellent backup/middle of the road starter, not going anywhere with him
As a 7 year pro he should have looked better. Hopefully they were just running a vanilla offense and not much should have been expected. My main concern is that they were are trying to get Tyrod to hit receivers in stride and he simply is not able to do that. His strength is to run around and hit a stationary target, not sit in a pocket and hit a guy where he can take the ball upfield
Pass blocking is fine, Tyrod enjoys the most time in the pocket over any other QB per Pro Football Focus.
Those no name receivers we had last year all signed contracts with other NFL teams.
We were 31st in passing in a passing league, Tyrod/Peterman needs to be more productive and we can start thinking about being in the hunt
I know that Yates knows the offense, has more experience and that Jones is still raw, but Jones is impressing with the Chargers and Yates looks terrible in practice and was even worse in the game.
Also did they just give Taiwan Jones, Cardell Jones old jersey? Having a RB wearing #7? I'm thinking they didn't want to make a New Jersey for a guy that was going to get cut and they gave him an old one that was laying around.
Uber surging is still cheaper than a rental and hiring a DD, then you don't have to worry about returning the rental, filling the rental with gas, paying extra for insurance, etc.
Pro Tip:
Walk to ECC and get picked up there
It just seemed to me that the majority of Tyrod's throws were to stationary targets, why we have been dead last in YAC since he's been the starter. Really hoping that was a product of the old OC and not our QBs capabilities.
Who cares? I'm done with Gilmore and Hogan and don't give a !@#$ about Edelman. I'm more concerned with how Zay Jones and Tre White have looked going against each other.
A change of scenery might be great for EJ. He never had the opportunity to sit behind a profession QB (a last paycheck Kyle Orton?) If he plays well this offseason and sits behind Carr he has a chance to compete for a job next year. Sure, he !@#$ed in London but he did lead the team back. Buffalo did everything to ruin his confidence, I would love to see the kid bounce back
Unfortunately, there is no preseason package that a bar can purchase and as you may know the Bills have no preseason games on national TV. If you are not on the mailing list please send a private message and I can add you to the mailing list.
Thanks so much Mark, I actually met you at the tailgate. Glad you had a great time.
Alehouse was great to us, but we feel the setup is better at PB Local and will be better for the long term
