  1. Kind of pissed Gase gets a.chance with a QB
  2. I also picked 20-40% Beane has yet to bring in any free agents worth noting that weren't that weren't Carolina retreads & I don't know what to think about McDermott (going back to Peterman so many times, the multiple blowouts, consistently being out coached, overly conservative calls) but keep in mind they are new to the job, not everyone was a rockstar at their job day 1, he's had time to learn & improve. 2019 is big.
  3. I would definitely take a career like that. I'm just saying Lawerence will be viewed as Luck or Manning where everyone will think he's the future of NFL before he takes a snap. While Josh will be considered a solid NFL QB. The whole notion of a "Poor Mans Josh Allen" is laughable, Lawerence already accomplished more in college then Allen did
  4. And I project, teams will be tanking for Lawerence and/or giving up the house for the chance to draft him, while Allen will have won some games with his ability and established himself as a starting NFL QB, but he'll also have lost games due to some poor throws and there will be questions if he can ever win a big game
  5. Lawrence is a generational talent. While I warmed up to Allen, he has never had a game that good against a Mountain West opponents on a Saturday afternoon, let alone Bama in a national title game. Allen is a grinder and will do whatever it takes to win. Lawrence is a natural QB that makes the game look easy
  6. The Super Bowl is much more important than an election.
  7. That's one of the reasons for an 18 game season. That would push the Super Bowl to Presidents Day weekend, which that Monday is a federal holiday
  8. I wouldn’t call Langston Walker or Demeteris Bell pretty good. I remember wanting to run Peters out of town but it was all part of the losing culture that elite players didn’t want to be a part of
  9. And how successful were we with that cap room
  10. Rex has a .489 winning percentage, McDermott is at .455.
  11. The thing that held Gilmore back from being elite in Buffalo, was he always got called for holding at important times in the games. In New England those holds aren't being called. He's the same player, just shows the influence the NFL as in the outcome of games
  12. I hear great things about the weekend and pregame festivities but the game itself is trash
  13. Our offense was so bad that in most games the other team could kneel every single play & win easily. Our opponents played vanilla/preseason offense against us because they didn't need to score to beat us and it made the defense look better then it was. Stats are for losers, don't tell me we had the best passing defense when we didn't belong on the same field as our opponent on multiple occasions. 2019 is a big year for McBeane, I really hope I'm wrong but we'll be looking for a new coach/GM this time next year.
  14. Every schedule is tough in the NFL
  15. I still think Rex is a better coach then McDermott. We were a few blown calls away from making the playoffs in both his years here, we also never got embarrassed on the field as often as we do now.
  16. Keep Lorax & draft the other Josh Allen
  17. he was the worse TE, on a team with the worse TEs in the league, unless he goes into broadcasting and makes the CBS D squad, he won't be hearing from him again
  18. Marvin Lewis wasn’t given enough time. Hue Jackson should have had 1 more year in Cleveland
  19. If you are 18-30, where you get real blackout before games, wearing zubaz, sneak beers & weed into the stadium, & go crazy all game, clubs aren’t for you. (That’s a great stage in life, no judgement, I miss those days) if you’re a little older & want to relax during the game & don’t mind paying extra for amenities, shorter lines and liquor throughout the game. then it’s a fine experience, with some pretty good sightlines
