Josh isn't like most rookie QBs, he wasn't that good in college. He's going to take a lot of time to maybe turn into a NFL QB, the upside is there purely from this physical tools, the actual playing football and being a well rounded QB

What do people expect? This is how Allen look in college against teams that werent San Jose State. He was drafted for his physical tools, not performance. There's a reason he go no offers out of HS, was a backup in JUCO and then only had one offer to play in Wyoming. He's the ultimate project and he surrounded him with questionable coaching and worse player personnel

I want to defend McDermott but the effort just hasn't been there. He might be a one year wonder and now the guys are tuning his message out. Hope not, but Beane and McDermott might have to go. This is an important off-season and if these guys aren't the right ones we might be looking at another 17 years

Affording and getting players to come to Buffalo are two different things. Elite talent won't want to play for a last place team with no QB, so we'll be left over paying for mediocre talent

Murph is terrible, Sal is a fan of the team but he comes off informed and does have honest opinions. Murph is awful

I would rather hear about fantasy sports than how garbage this team is, how McDermott is in over it's head and how we will have to overpay for mediocre talent with all the cap space next year, since we're such a dumpster fire. I honestly miss Rex, Rex might embarrass you off the field but we have been embarrassed on the field 22% on the games McDermott has coached.

At this point, Richie's personal and overall health comes second to our O-Line needs. He is completely psychotic at this point, which is actually a great quality for a LG. If he's welcomed in the locker room, coaching and management are doing their players a disservice by not signing him. Have him come back for one more year, knowing it's his last year so life after football won't be such a shock.
