I just don't think he's that good. This is how he looked in college, we shouldn't expect him to do better in the pros in his first year. 2018 is important for Josh Allen's development, not only for him to get better but for us to make sure he has "it". If we don't think he can develop, he need to cut bait and not him hold us back in the future. I hope i'm wrong and he's the 2020 MVP

He was an elite DT and you put up with that with that caliber player. He's a pain in the ass and you deal with it and there's no way in hell you can say weren't a better team without him

Josh isn't like most rookie QBs, he wasn't that good in college. He's going to take a lot of time to maybe turn into a NFL QB, the upside is there purely from this physical tools, the actual playing football and being a well rounded QB

What do people expect? This is how Allen look in college against teams that werent San Jose State. He was drafted for his physical tools, not performance. There's a reason he go no offers out of HS, was a backup in JUCO and then only had one offer to play in Wyoming. He's the ultimate project and he surrounded him with questionable coaching and worse player personnel

I want to defend McDermott but the effort just hasn't been there. He might be a one year wonder and now the guys are tuning his message out. Hope not, but Beane and McDermott might have to go. This is an important off-season and if these guys aren't the right ones we might be looking at another 17 years
