Reasons I am concerned about this- Milano didn’t seem to have a great year. Matt was hurt a good bit of the season with two different injuries. Both make me wonder about his body. Hammy and pec concern me. I also wonder how much will McD and Beane pay Edmunds. I have never been a huge fan of paying LB’s, but it does appear in McD’s D they are more valued. I wonder if McD gets more input on D. I look at the way the O was built and it’s much different than the D. The main reason I am ok with it- Beane. I trust him.

Patriots trading for Trent Brown

I think we will see more of “angry” Bill this year. -
Patriots trading for Trent Brown
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The thing is, he isn’t a genius. He should have retired when Brady left. Every year w/o Brady tells the real story Belichick is a below .500 coach. Facts. -
It doesn’t make sense for teams like the Bills to franchise tag anyone. The cap for 2021 has been adjusted down however the tag values have not. The only teams who can use the franchise tag will be teams like the Jets who have very few quality players to begin with and need to keep them, and have the means to pay the tag value (because they have very few quality players).

Can not wait to see the details of the extension. Could have implications on Allen negotiations. -
Jerry Hughes restructuring? Rumor...

For sure, this isn’t just a Bills issue. Creative GM’s with a good reputation for honesty will weather the adversity. -
What happened to McKenzie in the playoffs?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really wish McKenzie was more reliable. We desperately need more speed on this team. -
Future Buffalo Bill Kyle Rudolph

I exactly right. People need to get over the Pats fear. Last year proved what the magic was, and it isn’t some disgruntled old man wearing a smelly raggedy sweatshirt. Live Rudolph over Smith and Kroft. Sign me up for Knox, Rudolph, Sweeney, and whoever else Beane adds either late draft pick or a reclamation project. -
Trade up or trade back in this year’s draft?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
100% back for me. The only position the Bills need to justify a trade up is a DE or pass rusher. I just don’t see the value there. Moving back would be great. Immediate impact players at RT, LB, CB, and RB all can be found in the top 100 picks. -
Which team will J J Watt Choose ?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t really see money being his driving force. It is part of the equation and he may take 10-20% less to play where he believes he has a chance at a ring. GB Buffalo Tampa (what is their cap like?!) Dallas Pitt ( if they did something very “unPitts” and traded for Watson). -
I am referring to the jet sweeps which were used. These were, for me at least, the most effective rushing attempts around the edge of the defense. None of the Bills back possess speed to take a pitch from the backfield and get to the edge. I understand that some of these sweeps by McKenzie were listed as passes due to the nature of being a forward toss by JA. I am a UGA fan and really wish McKenzie could be the returner and then the gadget guy on offense. I just do not have a ton of confidence he can be that guy. Whether it be an issue going back to college with fumbles on returns, or durability; McKenzie has his limitations.

Bama has a ton of talent. I wonder if they get dinged a little because they are playing next to studs? Like, are you that good or is he that good? For some reason Beane hasn’t touched the Bama well in his previous 3 drafts, he has steered clear of OSU and Clemson players too. I’m trying to think who we have drafted since Beane has been here and what big time schools he has picked a player from. Who am I forgetting?

It was not a coincidence that after McKenzie had his best game he also wasn’t effective the next week or two. Isaiah is fast but doesn’t seem to be able to take the regular hits that come with playing considerable time. I wonder if the Bills will look for a later round smaller back with speed and pass catching ability to fill in for some of McKenzies edge rushes?

Each game has its own life in a way. Without Brady who knows what KC dials up for their defense, or how Mahomes and the offense for KC plays. A few plays here or there may have changed the way that game flowed. In the context of what happened Sunday, I’d say 10-12 QB’s could of done the same things Brady did.

Thoughts and prayers for Zerovoltz here
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Aussie Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Seriously, the Chief fan base took one Super Bowl to become as arrogant and self righteous as it took Cheater fans after a couple. When we win our SB let’s not talk down and become know it all’s like Chief fans did. As for @Zerovoltz I vote he should be banned. Not that I have any pull or sway. That poster was on here 5 mins after the Chiefs won last year gloating. I mean an opposing teams fan board is the last place I would be celebrating. No class.- 297 replies

There's something fishy about Jon Feliciano
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He is very stylish! I like Feliciano and hope they bring him back. He is a slightly average guard. He also wants to be a center and may be better there. He is an amazing teammate and could be a leader on O with Dawkins and JA.
