  1. Past hour
  2. Oh, come on. Kevin Adams still has a job after SIX YEARS.
  3. This team is boring. Even though the game was close last night, I just wanted it to end. It's ashame that we wasted a Josh Allen year with this pile of garbage. Realistically, what do have, 5 more years left? Hopefully there is a big shakeup at the end of the year with McD, Beane, whoever, because we need new blood in here. McDermotts clear glasses arent cutting it.
  4. If they fire him this morning I will be fine with it.
  5. He’s been bad this year and is always in a good mood. Just grasping at straws but I’m wondering if Hard Knocks was more of a distraction for this team than we thought.
  6. The Sabres missing the playoffs with many regime changes, means the Bills are not going to make changes. Not until they finish multiple seasons below .500. Pegula is not going to mess with McDermott and Beane until this thing completely burns to the ground.
  7. I’ve got a question about the offensive game plan: who’s actually calling the shots—McDermott or Brady? I’ve been wondering about this and wanted to hear some opinions. Last week against Tampa, the offense looked creative and explosive, even with backups in key spots. Then last night we went right back to the predictable, run-heavy approach…and we all saw how that ended. So is Brady actually designing the offensive game plan, or is McDermott too involved and getting in the way? Personally, I think it’s McD. He’s a great coach overall and a good team builder bringing men together, but he needs to stay in his lane. To me, he still feels more like a great defensive coordinator than a true head coach when it comes to the whole team and offensive involvement. He would be a great Defensive Coordinator somewhere else and great at it when he can focus only on that. I wish McD would just let Brady do his thing from here on out and stay out of the offense and play Josh ball. We still may have lost last night but at least they would have been having fun IMO. Thoughts???
  8. I'm hearing reports that Josh just got sacked again.
  9. It is no longer fun. I'd rather be back to drought years where just having a winning record or being crap and having a top 10 draft pick was considered a "win."
  10. Daboll isn't perfect but man it would head in the right direction imo. You can't have this philosophy in life afraid of what could go wrong dude
  11. Nope. I want Beane and McDermott to stay. The Bills can definitely do better but... have you seen the Sabres? Terry Pegula isn't going to make good decisions and hires.
  12. Allen isn't leaving. He's not built that way. He would look at it as quiting. That's not in his dna
  13. @muppyAll I will say is that I am glad you have your approach, and also that there are many, many Bills fans who are absolutely miserable over this stuff for far, far more than a day. It's constant.
  14. Close to zero chance McDermott is fired. Maybe 50/50 that Beane goes though. The owner will want to be talked into the idea of keeping McDermott at least, so that might be the route. IF there is a change Daboll will be HC. Pegula loves him as does Josh.
  15. I'm not looking at all 32 pages. I'm sure it's been said.. but it's not lost on me that against a great defense, if the Bills just kicked very makeable FG's on the final three drives, it's likely a win. I know most everyone had no issue going for 4th and 1, down 23-16 with like 9 mins left but not kicking the FG there ultimately doomed them.
  16. His defense is the worst in NFL playoff history over 5 straight elimination games.... 33.2 ppg allowed. And as horrible as that is, it gets worse. Because his defense and his coaching career is defined by one of the worst meltdowns in NFL playoff history. 13 seconds
  17. The offense to me is a fairly easy fix if some of the understudies on the line are ready to play. QB/RB/TE are all solidly in place. Slot is there--I think--and it's really a matter of finding effective speed at WR.
  18. Yeah, I don’t think McDermott is the worst coach. He’s average and the roster sucks. It’s tough to “coach them up.” For me, it’s always been as much about a new voice because I didn’t see much downside. This year has been worse than I thought possible with that schedule. I thought that in a horrible year 12-5 and a division title was the floor. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  19. The state of the talent around Allen is indefensible. The defensive play has been average to well below that for years. I do think it's time for a coaching change. I doubt it will happen.
  20. I need the magic football fairy to tell me it’s all going to be alright … but she’s a known chronic liar.
  21. Yeah, I'm done. I've been done with the Sabres for years - don't care, don't watch don't follow (I said at the time that the tank wouldn't work because this is Buffalo - why would anyone think that would work?). I said after last year's AFCCG that i needed to step away. I am furious today. Furious that this regime (McBeane) will continue in perpetuity. Furious that even if Brady leaves, they'll bring in/promote some nobody to run the offense. Furious that we are wasting JA17 - He'll never win a championship here. Furious that I'm 61, and I will never see a person wearing a charging Buffalo raise the Lombardi. Furious that I fell for this BS again. Furious that after all of the investment in the defense - draft picks, FA signings, etc. that this pathetic group of losers who don't know (or maybe care) how to tackle show up week after week after week.... THAT defense in those ridiculous red helmets and bad pajamas is what you want - great talent evaluation on that side of the ball. Furious that our GM went on a local radio station and admonished the host for saying that a #1 wide receiver was a necessity. Furious that a crap team like Houston (and Atlanta and Miami for that matter) B word slapped us all night and NO ONE did a thing about it, except go the to blue tent to nurse their sore balls after repeated kicks. Furious that they're wasting how many millions of cap space on Curtis Samuel who apparently is made of very thin glass. Furious that once again, we're saying, "Wait 'til next year."
  22. Full assimilation into William and Mary football complete
  23. Yes but look at the wording. McDermott only goes because Beane goes. He’s still inexplicably a McDermott supporter
  24. I’ll decide after the season though the needle is pointing that way as it stands. You should only get so many kicks at the can with #17 as your QB.
  25. He’s been a great soldier but how long before he wants out? Josh knows his career won’t last forever.
