Does Sean have a lot of elite coaching abilities and can still grow? Yes If the elite list was belichick and Andy Reid from the last 15 years... Sean McDermott is absolutely in the tear below them with Mike Tomlin and harbaugh etc

So you have no hesitation whatsoever putting McDermott in the same company as Belichick and Reid
