So if you, or anyone else, wants to label him a "WR3" because they always label the outside guys WR1 & WR2 then slot WR3...then fine. But he is more than a "WR3" in terms of him being the 3rd WR option, he just led the Bills in receiving where by definition he was a primary target. So in terms of role, ability, production...yeah no, he isn't a "3rd option at WR" and is clearly more important and has a bigger role than that, and has been quite successful in such role.

Deion is probably already looking at homes in the Cleveland area. He'll be the coach in about 8 months, so that gives some time. Deion has said he would only want to go to the NFL to coach his son, and the Browns could think it's the way to get payoff for having Sanders there at QB, although it wasn't a huge investment. Deion sells tickets and builds hype and hope. Stefanski has been on thin ice for a while there.
