  2. Could special-teamed/WR Shenault be on the WR list, making it 7, or replacing one of the 6?
  3. https://billswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/bills/2025/05/26/espn-bills-christian-benford-the-most-underrated-cb-in-the-nfl/83840299007/ “In 2023, Benford ranked 18th in my coverage DVOA metric among qualified corners. Last season, he climbed up to fourth overall. He was targeted on 10.1% of passes when he was on the field, one of the lowest figures in the league, and he allowed just 6.1 yards per target.“
  4. Agreed. I'm getting older so maybe my memory fails me a bit. But IIRC Shavers looked good in camp last year and it didn't translate well to the preseason games. If he can show out even a bit this year in the games I think it gets harder to slip him to PS. If he makes a bunch of plays on offense this preseason then it gets far more likely. Daboll is always sniffing around our leftovers.
  5. He is likely getting instructions from his agent. Holding out is sh*tty, but it HAS worked in the past. More teams needs to start taking the Steelers/Leveon Bell route and call their bluffs.
  6. You clearly didn’t watch the show in the earlier seasons (or you’re forgetting). My favorite season is when they aired full out fights between the coaches of the Browns, including the head coach and the offensive coordinator. Chad Johnson getting cut on camera and Vontae Davis being traded on camera was pretty wild too. Also, they 1000000% focused on the teams most recent failure in most seasons. That was literally most of the first episode for the first dozen seasons.
  7. If it comes down to Moore or Samuel, I'm guessing Samuel's the goner.
  8. He's one of the most influential right wing grifters media types on the planet lmao
  9. Benford's only one of the top CBs in the league in the minds of the Bills fan base. Not saying he's not good. He's good for what he does. But is he a top 5 guy? Absolutely not. Edit: I also certainly would NOT say any WR drafted by this front office is a "home run." Shakir is, like Benford, only a top WR in the minds of Bills fans.
  10. I agree it’s not impossible he unseats Moore (who I am one of the most critical posters on), but I’d still be surprised. Unless Shavers plays very well in preseason, I think they will feel like they can get him to the practice squad. Then they get three elevations before having to commit a roster spot to him.
  11. You know how we have joked about putting a slow big WR at TE to see how they would do? Well, the Giants actually did it with Benjamin because he was so fat.
  12. First episode focused a little too much on Josh for me. Obviously I love the guy and understand why Hard Knocks would focus on him but was hoping to see more of players who don't get tons of camera time. Also I accuse Terry of excessive meddling in the Sabres and multiple times I have gotten the "well, we only get edited video clips, so we don't REALLY know how much he meddles." Which is fair, but my counterargument would be that if you’re a huge Bills and Sabres fan and watch most videos both organizations' media teams have put out over the last 10 years and your synthesis of hundreds of hours of clips is that it seems like he meddles too much, he probably meddles too much.
  13. I like how you people swear up and down that you're not racist, but then call migration of brown people an "invasion." Really fascinating stuff.
  14. He drafted one of the best right tackles in the league in round 3 and he drafted one of the best corners in the league in round 6. I would say both of those picks were "homeruns" and I think we could be looking at several other picks like Shakir and Torrence in that same light soon...
  15. Charlie Kirk? What government department is he in charge of?
  16. What a waste of my tax dollars. Sounds about right.
  17. Dan Fetes writes like Sean McDermott speaks.
  18. Kelvin Benjamin had a HUGE impact on the Chiefs and Giants buffet lines in the cafeteria. Oh wait. He was cut not a FA. Disregard.
  19. You throw around "Marxist" because you're too stupid to understand what that term means and/or you're so damaged by leaded gasoline and McCarthyism that you think anything to the left of Ross Perot is a communist. Right wingers are looking to end that too. Charlie Kirk, for one, wants to end all immigration. Because you're too stupid to get a job and you use "illegals" as a scapegoat for your failures?
  20. To me, he seems to be moving in the same direction as Baylon Spector. If his contract wasn't toxic he's already be gone.
  21. Nope. RoundyMao, like all good useful idiots, purposely conflates all types of illegal aliens in with legal ones who went through the process of entering the country legally. It's a very common Marxist practice. He still thinks it works.
  22. Hard Knocks is not sports journalism tho. That isnt what this show is about. Why would anyone expect Hard Knocks to roll up and start busting the balls of the HC, GM, MVP QB and focusing on their latest failure?
  23. Also the janitors after having to sweep up all those smelling salts ampules... Let's play hangman with the category, "opening day starter at safety: D A _ A _ _ A _ _ _ N I believe a hamstring. Good thing he doesn't actually have to write for a living. I'd bet even Keon could beat him in a footrace. I know the capologists here say it can't happen but I just wouldn't be surprised if Samuel was Spector'd.
  24. A couple years back, Beans showed he isn't afraid to cut a recent signee with a chunk of guaranteed bucks to keep the better player rostered. Ask OJ Howard and the $3M he had guaranteed how that worked out.
