  2. Honestly, there is. Some of it is bad luck. Some of it is the players we target… Undersized linebackers and undersized DT’s. Puts heavy strain on the spine of our Defense where we teams will constantly attack. Undersized players get hurt more. Worn down = More injury exposure. We run an offense that is predicated on ball control, so we don’t have a build to jump ahead on teams fast. So teams can hang around and continue to attack the undersized spine of our Defense. We also extended an injury prone player in Bernard. Signed an injury prone player in Bosa. Have older players at DT and LB. Knew Hoecht was on a PED suspension. PED’s are notorious for leading to ligament/tendon injuries. Gave 8M per year to Samuel.. a guy who’s always been injured. Finesse WR-esque TE .. always hurt. You also make your own luck.
  3. I know he is on the smaller side.....he's listed at 5-11 190 lbs., but he has elite speed and plays tougher than his size would indicate. He is also an elite Punt Returner. At this point, he is projected to go in the late 1st round, so he should be a realistic option for the Bills. The Bills need to put a premium on speed and Offensive weapons in the next draft, and Concepcion would be a good start. Thoughts??
  4. As a master thespian I thrive on being draaaaaaaamatic
  5. Holy crap could you 2 be any more dramatic?
  6. Several people already mentioned things/problems they had with it. I do not think anyone mentioned this one. When Uncle Tommy explains to his die-hard Bills fan niece and the Bills employee how War Memorial Stadium was nicknamed The Rockpile. Seems they would have already known that.
  7. Awww that really sucks no wonder peeps were pissed.
  8. Define ‘everywhere’. It’s Josh and Cook, who McBeane took care of last this off-season. Knox, Samuel, Palmer, Shakir all make close to $10m or more. On defense, Bosa, Rousseau, Oliver, Jones, Ogunjobi, Hoecht, Epenesa, Milano, Bernard, Benford all make good money. I’d much rather have 1 Micah Parsons and 1 DK Metcalf than all those borderline JAG guys.
  9. I find myself intrigued by the Grable-Stash situation and hope the Buffalo media try to peel into the timeline more as to when he was actually cleared from the concussion and ready to return. From the outside it looks like they wanted to prevent exposing their OL #10 (Lundt) by keeping their preferred swing tackle from 2024 in IR longer than needed … A terrible miscalculation especially if he isn’t ready to play this week. Who cares if Lundt isn’t on this team anymore? We’ve seen this story with Jack Anderson and Luke Tenuta and Nick Broeker … These guys are nobody’s and if the Bills kept Grable on IR when healthy to protect the last OL then I’d really be concerned with this leaderships talent management.
  10. I'm one of those. After the late Thursday game, I got on the Walmart website, and at midnight started refreshing the page for the box. Once it showed available, dropped it into my shopping cart, and halfway through the checkout process it came up as removed/out of stock from my cart. Since the page at that time was still up, I kept refreshing, and a couple minutes later, it came up as available again. Add to cart, and again, halfway through the checkout process it came up as removed/out of stock from my cart. Said screw this and gave up. My plan was to get some pictures with it, then donate it to the local food bank.
  11. Nope. These guys hit less than ever before. Training camp is nowhere near what it was during 2 a days decades ago. They are in better shape then ever and it’s putting stress on ligaments and tendons that we haven’t seen before. Turf and the cleats they use are probably contributing too. The way you hit turf with your foot is just different than natural grass. See the number of injuries that piled up over the summer and where we were at by week 5. Also, I think a lot could play thru a lot of the injuries but are waiting bc their teams records allows them to get as healthy as possible - think like Bucky Irving for example. It’s not the schedule.
  12. not gonna happen. Chiefs will lose at least 1 more and Broncos will go at least 2-2
  13. LOVE the title. Well done!
  14. Seems like a gaslight here. What if those Venezuelans were a bunch of fishermen? Actually, maybe it seems like potentially condoning murder.
  15. You summed it up perfectly!
  16. Likely to return punts? Good idea
  17. I figured we were going to call up Joel Klopfenstein.
