If you have currently black pilots at 6% of all pilots and an airline announces that their long term goal is to have 40% black pilots , it makes one question if the standards were relaxed in order to reach that goal. The standard for admission was different based on race. DEI programs promotes relaxed standards in order to achieve forced outcomes.
