  1. Past hour
  2. I don't think it's kid friendly. besides, I think I've hit my creative ceiling.
  3. Either it's close or a blowout
  4. You aren't going to get it with a different coach. Who exactly do you think is going to come in and do a better job?
  5. Now go make the cartoon!!
  6. I knew he was declining.
  7. That haircut sure was spot on! I’m assuming she’s probably regretting her choices right now. 😂
  8. being a smaller and agile guy, he likely avoids more direct hits too. some balance that a guy like Keon is probably easier to hit squarely, even if he absorbs hits a little better.
  9. Loved the Strong pick at draft time. Not quite sure if he is "ready for prime time" just yet, but I'll bet he will look a lot less clueless than Elam looked in the Playoff game vs KC, IMO.
  10. Defense really concerns me. Ravens are better all around, unfortunately. Josh keeps them in it but Ravens 35, Bills 24
  11. Yeah but sounds like he's no longer being considered a role player, now he's treated as a regular every down starter. Do agree was near end off 1st round and they were a strong team, but their WR room isn't the best either. Would they have been better trading up a few more spots to get a guy like McConkey and maybe they tried?
  12. I feel like I’m takin crazy pills on this one haha I’m not in the ‘chiefs are done’ camp at all but a divisional loss to a playoff caliber team playing an easier schedule than you is very consequential.. a loss to an nfc opponent in week 1 is way less consequential Yea they’ve only lost convincingly a few times in the playoffs but their margin of victory has been razor thin too. Them losing rest weeks/their opponents getting more because the chiefs are getting tied up in a divisional race down the stretch and are potentially losing a position or two in the seeding could’ve flipped some of those close wins into close losses even the year they were the 3 seed and won the superbowl on the road most of the way they got rest in week 18 and could afford to give some banged up players time off because their division was such a joke. the bills weren’t the 1 seed either and lost a ton of guys in the wildcard game. It feels like people have adopted this ‘seeding/the regular season doesn’t matter cuz the chiefs won a superbowl as the 3 seed one time’ style of thinking and I don’t really agree with it personally. They could certainly win it in spite of all that but everything gets much tougher
  13. I'm gonna have to disagree. When you're talking about a head-on collision the force of the impact will be governed by F=ma. Force = mass x acceleration. So all other things being equal, the bigger the player, the greater the force. Of course, that's only a subset of the football collisions. But still, that always struck me as why some of the worst collisions we see are not with smaller players but with big/fast players. The classic old kickoff play with the linebacker/fullback size guys running right at each other at high speed. So ... I'm not sure the little guys have, on average, shorter careers than the bigger guys at the same position. Think of the beating the battering ram type RB takes vs. the small RB.
  14. Yet again. I was thinking about not doing this again, but I was inspired. So, here it is..... Twas the night before football, when all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The craft beer was chilling, in the cooler with care, In the hopes that Bills football soon would be there. The players were all nestled, by curfew in bed, while visions of Super Bowls, danced in their heads. Some mama in her G-string, and I in my thong, Drank too much tequila, 'till the night was long gone. When out in the den, there arose such a clatter. I sprang from my bed, to see what was the matter. Away to the couch, I stumbled and tripped, grabbed the remote, and cursed when it slipped. The sun on the blades, of the fresh painted lawn, Gave luster of football, the waiting was gone. When what to my wondering eyes should appear, A powerhouse team, and Bills Mafia with beer. With Hard Knocks complete, the head coach surely relieved, He barks to his team, it is time to Billieve. More tenacious than Ravens, his warriors they came, He whistled, clapped, and shouted their names... Now Josh, Now James, Now Khalil and Dion, On Bosa, on Benford, on Bernard and Rousseau, To the top of the hill, to be crowned a new king, Just prove it to all, and go grab that damn ring!!
  15. I agree with that. Nothing happens in a vacuum, and we both drafted to get better as a team. Andy Reid had ideas of what he could do with Worthy, and the Bills wanted a guy who could play thru the manhandling the Chiefs DB’s were allowed to get away with in the playoffs. I hope it pays off, but I’ll certainly enjoy finding out.
