  2. Because people will label DTs as a certain technique based on their play style against the run even though the different “techniques” are just where they lineup. Deone is more of a penetration style player so he’ll get called a 3T even though he lines up mostly at 1T. Just like Ed mostly lines up at 3T but he’s often the one dropping his knee against a double team.
  3. For him to get paid Avg than McDavid is a joke
  4. Again, who said “Cooper is the only difference?” I certainly didn’t say that. Intuitively, I feel like Alec Anderson played some valuable snaps. However, I have never looked at the data to confirm or deny if that was the truth or just what I “feel.” I don’t put much stock into perception when there’s data that is fact. The games Cooper played weren’t all consecutive. The numbers that I provided were from the games he played not the last 8. Those aren’t interchangeable. If you choose to pretend that his presence didn’t have ANY impact (which is what it seems like you’re doing) please supply some data to support that. We have established that they threw way more and scored way more with him. If you’re saying that he wasn’t a factor, please share some data that made them better when he wasn’t dressed. I’ll be open minded but not going to buy into “that’s how I feel.” I’d like to see some data supporting that.
  5. God's will in action...
  6. ....and I thought Davis made Cook expendable. What a difference a few months makes. Davis needs to be better. He is to good a player to play this bad. He lacks Cookie's vision or speed, but he looks timid and timid running is death to a running back.
  7. You’re on fire! good god man here’s a real hoax for you…
  8. Wait a minute… 🤔… did you just respond to my snark… with more snark?!?! Why, that deserves a Jerry Jones thumbs up, my friend… 😂
  9. I thought this was a fan site? I’m just putting what I would do out there.🤣
  10. Folks, this is not baseball or hockey. You can’t remake a roster midseason. You can tweak, but no NFL team makes multiple impactful moves at the deadline.
  11. I dont disagree with anything you said except - It’s like the team is 1-4. An issue with the personnel on the team is relevant regardless of their record. If the Bills win that game in OT, White still is terrible. If the Ravens had blocked that FG they would be 3-2 and second place in the AFC East. Either way the WR group can't seperate from anybody and there are big issues to deal with on defense. However reinforcements are on the way. Get Hairston, Oliver, and Hoecht back should make a difference. We have to hope that Oliver actually comes back and plays ok. His history is that when playing with an injury he is mostly a nonfiction. Hoecht is probably going to bring some much needed energy to the DL.
  12. Sure I agree they certainly could. I have a very strong feeling that McBeane disagree.
  13. Eichel gets the bag from Vegas. https://www.espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/46534442/sources-jack-eichel-golden-knights-reach-8-year-extension
  14. Coleman or Palmer can ride the pine. Results are important
  15. Making the playoffs are not a given. There have been two years during this run when they had to end the season on a 6-7 game winning streak just to get in. Remember that game when they almost got beat by Easton Stick in LA? That would have ended that season. How about when it took a Matt Ryan meltdown in Orchard Park just to get the chance to lose in 13 seconds? The Playoffs are not a given, especially with another good team in the division. The Bills need to get focused.
  16. seems section C3 has many more hoaxes to complain about. Lies are hoaxes. I doubt he can keep up with the orange shyster. from wiki: Fact-checkers at The Washington Post documented 30,573 false or misleading claims during his first presidential term, an average of 21 per day. The meaning of HOAX is to trick into believing or accepting as genuine something false and often preposterous. from websters.
  17. I understand your perspective on this, but I see the regular season as the practice season for the playoffs. As such, I want the Bills to put as much on tape and try as much as they can during the regular season to see what really works and have options based on what an opponent rolls out. I think this makes the playoff Bills better and more difficult to predict for their playoff opponents.
  18. The Bills killed a lot of teams last year with pretty much the same dudes. And in fact, Philly didn’t steamroll everyone. The only teams they destroyed in the regular season were the Bengals, Cowboys, and Giants. They really didn’t start rolling until the NFC Championship Game. Heck of a time to find your A game.
  19. What snaps did he play? Was he in the game for how many passing yards/points scored? Legit questions - if you want to attribute success to him being on the roster. We also had Alec Anderson taking significant snaps last year ---- maybe it was him playing as 6th OL? Kidding aside, this isnt a "yeah but". Its how much do you attribute success to Cooper? You do realize teams improve throughout the year, players improve --- lots of reasons to say our offense got better in those final 8 games, just because a player was added who played less than 50% of snaps and had marginal success, we cant say "oh yeah, Cooper is the only the difference between those last 8 games". You're smarter than that
  20. I genuinely am not sure where a trade for a WR makes sense for the Bills. Unless you’re shipping out Coleman, or unloading Samuel, I don’t see a way they’re going to acquire a player who will take on meaningful snaps. Will they surplant Palmer, a recent FA we paid good money to? Is Coleman riding the pine? Decrease Shakir’s already average snap numbers? I don’t see it making much sense
  21. I know, where did the idea of him being a 3 tech come from? those jerseys were awful, but 5-6 times I did see Walker lined up as the nose and …… D Jones at 3tech!! He looked good there too. That to me says the bills see Walker as better at 1 t than D jones!
  22. Outstanding comparison! Excellent work on your part. I’m actually taken aback at the relevance!
  23. I think this is a great discussion point. Its obvious Brady likes maneuvering personnel to try and exploit matchups. For all the ho-humming in this thread there probably isn’t enough credit given to them in how they’ve found combinations that take advantage of a defense. That said, I tend to agree with most here and think they’ve taken this chess game to the extreme and have started to out-smart themselves. When you have JA17, an explosive runner like cook, and some decent pass catch options, too often are we getting cute with rotating personnel trying to play “gotchya” It almost gives off the impression that we’re reliant on being multiple to have success, as opposed to having success because we evolve from play to play. I’d like to see them continue with the varying personnel usage, but also try and limit it to a degree. Feel free to run your 13 personnel on for a play or two, bring in Gilliam for a snap or even go 5 wide with Ty Johnson. As long as we can find some success out of our “base” personnel (Cook, Kincaid, Shakir, Coleman, Palmer) with more regularity, they can sprinkle in the creative looks here and there. Enough of the Dawson Knox jet sweets like we’re KC running 2pt plays in the preseason.
  24. Again, with the “yeah but.” 🤣🤣 The numbers that I posted are Cooper with the Bills 2024 vs. Cooperless Bills games in 2024. You can attribute it to whatever you want (for the 2nd time). The FACT (not up for debate) is that the Bills threw for significantly more yards and scored significantly more points in the games that he was in the lineup. That’s not up for discussion or debate. It just IS.
  25. how many times does trump lie per day on average?
