Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
gonzo1105 replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yea I can’t say I watched him specifically as I was much more focused on the interior Dline but when I did notice him his stuff in college tape looked mighty similar to what I saw on Sunday. I think he’s gonna be a guy who pops during some games and then disappears during others at least early in his career. -
Allen will win 2 Lombardis.

Even though you are consistently wrong about EVERYTHING, I trust you as an economist. Can you explain to me why we should trust UMich? The data below makes it seem like they are the collegiate equivalent of you.

2nd Window for Superbowl Taking Shape
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to PoundingDog's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know it’s cliche, but the window is open every year Allen is healthy and in his prime. I didn’t think for one second that 2024 “rest & reload” year. Allen got screwed on the MVP in 2023 despite having 15 more TDs than the winner. So there was no indication that he was going to slow down. The reasoning for the down year was because of Diggs leaving. I feel like that was a narrative driven by the national media more so than fans. We all know who was more responsible for the others success. And sure enough Allen won MVP and Diggs spent the season rehabbing. I’m with you as far as the Bills being a true contender this year, but I don’t think they are head & shoulders closer than they were last year. They made some upgrades, but a lot of them are rookies not expected to pan out until a season or 2 down the road. Buffalo is largely returning w/ the same roster as last year albeit with a little more experience. -
TRUE Gavin Newsom has rigged California elections in every possible way. Requiring ID to vote is illegal. Universal mail in ballots are the easiest way to commit fraud. The DMV automatically registers people to vote. Ballot harvesting is legal. They made it illegal to hand count ballots. There’s no set time limit for how long pulling stations have to count the votes. Now he stands in front of the camera, with all the worst California Democrats standing behind him, and tells you that democracy depends on him rigging California elections even further.

Speed without hands. He is a less fast Goodwin. Rather Shavers at wr 6. Plays teams and adds a deep threat element.

I take these accusations truly as “innocent until proven guilty.” It’s all fun & games until you or someone close gets falsely accused of this crap. And believe me, all it takes is one lie to send your life spiraling out of control. People laugh, but this is a man’s reputation on the line. If he is guilty then throw away the key.

Yeah man, great news across the board.

I didn't see this posted, Bills sign Safety Tre Herndon

Soooo, you are then agreeing that scouting reports aren't always accurate? So why are you basing your thoughts on a player based on a scouting report? -

You going with an aberration that overachieved one scouting report as your assurance that Hairston will be a good 1st round choice. You should have referenced Elam’s glowing scouting reports and him being a total miss, proving these scouting experts know as much as us. -
On Profootballreference.com his positions are labeled as WR, E, and FL. What ? Edit: okay E must be END ? I refuse to look these up. What is FL then?

No, I’m pretty familiar with the west side. Try living near La Nova on Ferry. I saw the same 4-5 junkies so much that I made little nicknames for them. My point is that the solution isn’t federal troops asking everyone for “papers.” Put the criminals away, sure, but Trumps solution sets a terrible precedent. Baltimore has cut violent crime to lowest levels in years thanks to community investments.

There goes Beane dumpster diving again. Very annoying!

Good get. It’s tough though. Superstar QB’s get to Super Bowls.

People see Brady & Mahomes then think that’s the norm, but it isn’t. Even the great Peyton Manning only had 2 rings, 1 solely because of his defense. 31 other teams come up short every year. My point is it’s incredibly hard to win a SB and even if you do everything perfectly, it still requires a bit of luck too. If you look at the legendary QBs of the past, how many didn’t even get 1 ?
