Did Harbaugh Call Timeout Too Quickly?
harryS replied to Last Guy on the Bench's topic in The Stadium Wall
I dunno, man. A part of me was wondering if Harbaugh hadn't called timeout at all after Keon was tackled, would McD have yelled for Josh to clock it, thus giving Baltimore a free timeout? Then the Ravens would've had 30 seconds or so for a drive of their own at the end. -
Bills sign a new punter!! Welcome Cameron Johnston

I bet! Hell I would sign you. Just based off your moniker I assume you put away a lot of Paula's and Tims over the years. -
Ed Oliver hit on 3rd down last drive. Wow

Williams hits the wrong lane on the first Henry touchdown. That was his gap and his missed it and ran into a blocker for an inexplicable reason. Agree though Bernard had a terrible game. Rapp was worse and Milano wasn't much better. Bishop wasn't as directly culpable on a big play from memory but he just still doesn't know where he is supposed to be his head is swimming out there and I don't think right now he deserves to be on the field. He is out there because they are hoping a light comes on and it allows his physical potential to flourish but if you had Sean McDermott, Bobby Babich or Brandon Beane 1on1 in a room gun to their head and asked them to name the two best safeties on the roster right now.... I don't think any of them say Bishop. They are trying to live through the growing pains but it is becoming increasingly difficult. I know the play you mean to Flowers. He is coming across from the left side of the formation of the motion and Strong seems to be following then he pops out the other side for a big gain and Strong seems to have stopped. I need to look back at the all22 but I suspect Strong thought he had passed him on in zone and the guy he had passed on to had read that differently and it was a busted coverage. -

I took issue with a comment in the thread and the discussion evolved from there. I enjoy the engagement and testing my opinions against ones different from my own. That said, I do see your point and agree with you. I will show myself out. -

Coleman IS the type of guy Allen will thrive with on the boundary Allen is immaculate outside the numbers and that's where colemans game starts... He gonna be a boundary nightmare now that he is really selling the go route All of his comebacks and hitches are going to be easy money

Any reason why you hijacked this thread when there are several others to comment on how good/poor our WRs are ? Making a comment or two is fine but you are continuing to discuss a topic that has little to do with the original post -

I wouldn't say it was a bad pass from Josh. That ball was headed right for an open Shakir. Knox tipped it before it got there. We will never know if Shakir would have caught that pass or not.

Josh's pass to Palmer that (more or less) won the game
twoandfourteen replied to Low Positive's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know. If you actually go through rosters team-by-team, you start to realize just how weak overall the Bills skill positions are relative to the rest of the league. I did the AFC earlier today and it’s eye-opening. Allen really is a supernatural force out there when you look at the scraps Beane has given him to work with. The sad part is that this approach to “juice the defense” and avoid a big, stud WR contract would work wonders if any of the defensive draft picks or FA acquisitions actually became true impact players. Ed Oliver has had his moments, for sure. But outside of that, none of the recent early draft picks or big money signings have amounted to much more than “good, but replaceable” players. The Jaguars, Seahawks, and Titans basically are the same thing as the Dolphins, Jets, and Patriots. I don’t think you’re really helping your argument here. -
