Drew Brees reveals right arm 'no longer works'
SoonerBillsFan replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Stryker is the best. I have 2 of their knees -
So let me play devil's advocate here for a moment. (I'll note that I don't disagree with seizing the moment to take out Iran's nuclear program, as long as the Admin officials who were sent out to say "this is not about regime change" are right.) What does "energy independence" or "energy dominance" (in Trump's usage) get us? If it isn't about getting involved in the Middle East or choosing sides in the Iran-Saudi proxy war, what is it about? Why is it an important goal if we are still - for whatever reason - going to pay undue attention on a region that is otherwise pretty marginal to the world (and specifically US) economy?

Drew Brees reveals right arm 'no longer works'
T master replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know this definitely sucks then you add into it that he has to use his other arm to play catch with his kid but he knew the risk and took it and I'm sure he has enough money to afford the best doctors in the world to make it much more tolerable and not to mention it probably makes it feel better every time he looks at his bank statement . -

It definitely sucks what these guys go through, especially the TBI stuff. But, they know the risks and get paid obscene amounts of money. It's a choice. -

When my son was in high school he played QB and would want to throw the ball around, which I LOVED, but I had a partially torn rotator cuff. I couldn’t throw it back overhand, and it only went so far underhand. So on longer passes I would punt the ball back and he would field them. That’s fielding a lot of punts, and he happened to be the punt returner and never lost one all year. (That is despite not calling for a couple fair catches that were clearly in order! 😂) -
Chad Johnson says Stevie Johnson the best route runner ever seen
K-9 replied to Lafromboise's topic in The Stadium Wall
Chad Johnson should know better. Stevie was a freelancer. -
Of course it is. Sports IS entertainment. However, I’m willing to bet that fans of teams that won championships were more entertained during those runs than fans of teams that fell short. Saying SB’s don’t matter or that they’re bs is nutty.

another excellent share from Billstimelander. Something or other about Trumps tariffs. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻🤦🏻♂️ https://www.forbes.com/sites/emilsayegh/2025/06/19/cyberattack-on-whole-foods-supplier-disrupts-food-supply-chain-again/ On June 5, 2025, a cyberattack forced United Natural Foods Inc., the primary distributor for Whole Foods Market, to shut down its systems and halt deliveries to more than 30,000 grocery stores across North America. Nearly two weeks later, the company is still operating on a limited basis, relying on workarounds and manual processes. This was not a minor glitch but a direct hit to the digital backbone of the food supply chain. -
…..only way it’d look better is if Tom was modeling it. 🥰

I couldn’t play catch with my son, and nobody feels sorry for me. At least he got something for it! J/k, it sucks for anyone. I know several former tennis players who can’t even toss a ball any more. I know skiers with bad backs and knees, too. The human body can only take so much. Maybe the coach potatoes were right! -
I’ll never understand how anyone can think it funny, or just, seeing the demise of American cities, regardless of how it comes about.

Explaining ‘America First’ to Dolts, Dummies, and Democrats. Scott Pinsker Ah, from Orwellian “Newspeak” to the P.C. excesses of modern-day feminism: The English language is constantly evolving. It’s why middle-aged guys need a decoder ring to understand what the hell teenagers are saying. (Teenagers: “Uh, what’s a decoder ring?”) “Mansplaining” is one of our most recent Frankenstein-language creations. In the annals of feminism, few misdeeds are greater than the crime of mansplaining. It’s mostly defined along the lines of “explaining something to a woman in a condescending way that assumes she has no knowledge about the topic.” Yet oddly enough, these same liberals are absolutely delighted to tell MAGA voters what MAGA is all about: what it is, what it stands for, and what we should think about foreign policy. ( you really see this silliness here on PPP) “Mansplaining” is an evil, awful crime against humanity; “Libsplaining” is bravely speaking truth to power… something, something. Sensing an opportunity to split the MAGA base, the mainstream media has been working overtime to redefine “America First.” Consider the headlines from just the past week: (13 examples at the link) Well, garsh! I mean, who’s better qualified than Al Jazeera, MSNBC, and Vanity Fair to really understand all the nuances of the MAGA movement? (And not to mention, the inner workings of Donald Trump’s brain?) Clearly, these are the guys we should turn to for an unbiased, even-handed, fair-and-balanced analysis of the man they’ve been swearing was “literally Hitler” for over a decade. But, like many things, there is a kernel of truth to the media’s contention. “Greatness” — i.e. “Make America Great Again” — is an abstract standard: What one man considers great, another considers mediocre. And given the enormous complexities of foreign policy, the Middle East, and competing risk/reward calculations, there are ample opportunities for conflicting opinions. That’s not necessarily a bad thing: A good, stable movement isn’t threatened by debate; it’s strengthened by it. For a political movement to survive, it needs to adapt, evolve, and grow with its target audience. https://pjmedia.com/scott-pinsker/2025/06/23/explaining-america-first-to-dolts-dummies-and-democrats-and-sadly-to-tucker-carlson-n4941082

Look into it. https://www.stryker.com/us/en/about/news/2023/stryker-now-offers-the-only-fda-cleared-pyrocarbon-bearing-mater.html I "managed it" for ten years and suffered uneccesarily. I had sleep issues, pain and loss of range of motion. All gone now. Got it done at 55. The only good thing was becuse I hesitated I was able to use this newer product. That said you should do your research and explore options. -
