It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if the Texans end up being the South Champion . I have no faith in the Jags and Colts to maintain but one of them will wind up in the WC, probably the Jags because they still have a couple weaker teams

And go against Jonathan Taylor? No thanks

We did see Johnathan Taylor with a meh qb on their side and 0 WRs on our side last year and did a pretty decent job against them to be fair

it was post Amari cooper trade but Amari was out

Speaking of Colts….

Still wish Beane would have thrown a 3rd rounder to the Colts for AD Mitchell….

Who needs a 6’2” 4.3 speed with first round talent. Yesterday went 8 receptions 112 yds and a TD.

Just so sick of watching this team not throw the ball downfield.

They will still probably make the playoffs. Football is not linear and a very week to week league. Jags are right now the flavor of the week in the AFC South same with Houston but the moment either loses the narrative changes.

The bigger thing is the AFC South possibly pitting 3 teams in the playoffs and blocking KC/BAL from making it in. That is the wildest thing to me.

Add either us or LAC to the mix of those who would be blocked.  I see is getting to 11 and traveling to probably NE in round 1.  Such is life.

Do we want the Texans to beat the Chiefs? The Bills are two games up record wise on KC and three when you count the tiebreaker. The Texans are only 1 game back of the Bills, and they do have the tiebreaker. I think it's better for the Bills if KC wins vs the Texans. Of course, the Bills need to handle business and beat the Bengals which is the only thing that really counts.

With so many teams playing each other it's very hard to be sure.

Being the game is Sunday night; the earlier games could give a little more insight.

I'm curious to hear news about Herbert and his broken hand and if surgery is required.

Bills taking care of business like you said is paramount to all of this.

The only route in for the AFC North is to win that division. No wildcard from there is making it. So if Pittsbugh crash Baltimore gets in. It makes no odds to KC and Houston.

KC has to win out. With 4 AFC losses already and a H2H loss to the only other potential wild card team who even have 3 (Buffalo) there is no route in for them at 10-7. They have to run the table and be 11-6. I don't see that.

Its not likely. I said it could happen. Which it can.

Bills could still get the AFC East crown. Lots of ball left to play.

We're 8-4. That's a very good record. AFC South will cannibalize itself, so no #1 seed there. Broncos could run away a bit and be this year's #1 seed Titans team that was a quick 1 and done.

If you're a Chiefs fan you want the Jaguars to sweep the Colts, getting them to 6 losses. Jags have the H2H over KC from earlier in the season but KC beat the Colts.

Both conferences are stacked for similar reasons: lots of games still to come between the top teams, especially in the AFC. There are a lot of losses to go around for the top teams still so it looks more daunting than it really is. If KC goes 10-7 I give them a 50/50 chance, if they go 11-6 they are getting in.

True.

I have us at 11 wins also and going to BAL.

Such is life in either scenario lol
