No, the cream rises to the top in the playoffs. I'd rather save the embarrassment to be honest and get a better draft pick, not that I trust Beane to do anything good with it. Better draft pick 😅😂😆🤣Might as well light those on fire Quote
NeverOutNick Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago As long as Josh Allen is healthy we make the playoffs. It’s a double edged sword because we make the playoffs and McBeane stay but if Josh gets injured and we miss it McBeane stay. Pegula is the worst and won’t fire them for whatever reason Quote

Good for them, I wish we could.. but there aren’t any extremely flawed inferior opponents in the playoffs. 1 Quote

Unlike the Sabres, postseason football has become routine. Not making it should at least raise a Pegula eyebrow. At least I would hope. Quote

Young, cheap and with an excellent coach and QB Quote

Sort of true but we do seem to get those nail biters to inferior opponents in the wild card round of the playoffs lol. This year it’ll be funny when we lose to them and Pegula still doesn’t change anything… 1 minute ago, Joe Ferguson said: Billsy thing to happen is Bills and Chiefs miss the playoffs. Neither is missing the playoffs. Bills will get in as a 5 or 6 seed and lose first round because of coaching and Chiefs will barely get in as a 7th and get to the AFC championship because of coaching. But no worries we’ll run it back because hey we made the playoffs right Terry?! 1 Quote

Moving to the new house and this team's window may have already closed. I feel so bad for Josh and the incompetence he's forced to deal with in this front office. But hey, I hear Shaq Lawson is back in town. 🙄 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) This week we'll basically end Pittsburgh's season. Steelers cannot beat a good team unless they get a blocked punt, kickoff return or 2-3 turnovers If all that happens it'll be a close game in the 4th quarter. Otherwise, we steamroll them because it's what we always do after a bad loss. From there we just need a couple wins to make it. It's almost a sure thing. Edited 1 hour ago by TheFunPolice Quote

This year it’ll be funny when we lose to them and Pegula still doesn’t change anything… That Miami game was a joke as they actually were a flawed inferior team, but we were also done after the Hamlin situation. Almost lost to the Pats the week before and didn’t even show up against the Bengals week after. Last year we blew the doors off the Broncos. Regarded as having a Top 3 Defense. This year, of all the teams in the mix, all are “good” and all have visible weaknesses. Pats being inexperience (if it matters, maybe it won’t). They’re very solid, no major weaknesses until now.. their OL will be an issue moving forward if Campbell & Wilson go the way it’s looking. They’re also not exactly playing many heavyweight games. Yes, they beat us.. Who’s their next best win? Carolina, Tampa? They don’t have the experience of playing healthy Baltimore or Kansas City in a big spot. Im not down on them.. I just need to see it. Kind of like how I needed to see it from Indy today, only for them to meltdown under the pressure after an early lead they carried until crunch time. Quote

Hope you’re right on the pats but I trust a Vrabel coached team over a mcd coached team in the playoffs And the rivers led colts and Rudolph led Steelers were “inferior” teams that played pretty well against us too in the wildcard round Quote
Jukester Posted 54 minutes ago Posted 54 minutes ago We have been brutal on the road this year. I get that we have a talent deficit and play calling has been buns but the uncharacteristic penalties, turnovers, and complacency/lack of effort is what’s making the difference between wins and losses. The field in the AFC is nothing special. Need to get back to basics, start peaking toward the end of the season, get in and anything is possible. Quote
VaMilBill Posted 32 minutes ago Posted 32 minutes ago 3 hours ago, streetkings01 said: Why would you want Denver? Their defense is on par with the Texans especially when Surtain comes back. Cause I’d rather play them than the colts or ravens. Denver’s offense is middle of the pack. Nothing really scares me on that side of the ball. If we can dictate game script, like last year in the playoffs, then I think we can win. If we play like we did against the Texans, I don’t really think it matters who we play cause we would lose. Big Turk Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago Next week could be a key game...Steelers now currently out of the playoffs due to tiebreakers with Ravens, although they still have to play them twice. Doubtful they win the division tho, so our game against them could become a big one. Quote
