WeckMonster Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Wait… Milano’s been playing??? Bernard’s hurt, I’ll give him a pass and hope he’s better after the mini bye. 1 Quote

I wouldn't rush him back But ya gotta get to the playoffs and play week until then. Need exceptional DB play to cover our poor LB play at this point. Been better, not exceptional. Also need good LB play to allow our pass rushers to just play without worrying what’s happening behind them. Quote
billsfan89 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago So banged up at LB unfortunately. And the Bills got very fortunate with finding Shaq Thompson. I think the Bills ideal LB situation is to have Bernard and Shaq healthy while using Dorian as the third LB in running and QB spy/blitz situations and mixing in Milano to try to absorb some snaps for Shaq and Bernard early in the game. I think Milano for 15-20 snaps a game can still make plays he is just no longer an every down LB. I also think the team should consider rotating in Buffalo Joe 10ish snaps a game esp when Shaq is out. This team just simply is so short on bodies and banged up at LB. Quote

Crazy Milano stat: 75% completion percentage (not including the Bucs game) - worst (by far) of his career. 9% missed tackle rate - Best (by far) of his career. Quote

But in McD's defense you have to cover in the passing game When McD is fired he can take all this lightweight LBs with him. He claims he's not going anywhere before he puts you in a full Nelson. 😁 Quote
Nuncha Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago He's horrible, looks totally lost, and is a non-factor. He is a shadow of his former self. Quote

wppete Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Yeah it’s sad to see the decline. Dorrian Williams should be in there Milano should be on the bench. Quote

Given our vulnerability to the run, I agree he should be on the field more. Quote

Bernard seems slower with an ankle injury he's had all year but i thought he had a nice game against TB, milano has a partial pec tear and seems to be tackling without his arms, Thompsons is a soft tissue hamstring injury that tends to reoccur if you don't rest (and playing a full slate snap count would probably lead to a higher likelihood of that, and Williams is a liability in pass coverage.
