Agree.   We’re basically the same team that we were last year.

I’ve been against it, but I’m starting to come around to cleaning house (FO and coaching). Allen has a max of 5 years of prime play left.  We’re spinning our wheels with Beane + Mcd, its time for some fresh blood.  Issue is there is obvious huge risk with bring in a whole new FO and coaching staff.

But there is a bigger risk not making a change. Beane and McDermott have been here for close to a decade and still can't get the Bills to the Super Bowl despite having one of the best QBs in the league. This team appears to be getting worse not better. Losing to a good NE team is one thing. But the losses to the Falcons and Dolphins are unacceptable. It looked like the team pulled a no-show yesterday. I wonder if the players are starting to tune McDermott out.

This team is clearly regressing.

The Bills have been the best team in the league over the past 6 seasons not to win anything. And this team's regression started on 1/23/22 with the 13 second game loss to the Chiefs.

Spot on.  If Kim were healthy, I dont believe mcbeane would be here.

Terry holds the notable distinction of owning two professional sports teams that are wasting the careers of two generational talents in Josh Allen and Rasmus Dahlin. He needs to wake up to that problem.

The title says it all.  We’re stale.  We shorten games on our own, despite the fact that our D is decimated by injury.  But we also can’t play fast, because our WRs are trash.  It’s no fun right now, and nothing is easy.   It’s the first time I’ve seriously thought we might need a HC change since McD arrived.  The fire and the joy just aren’t there.

Are the Patriot WR's appreciably better than ours? I would say no. McDaniel does a hell of a lot better job scheming them open and getting them open deep than we do tho, that is for sure.

It's bad coaching but it's also fragile players.  Are we going to be able to field 11 on D next week?

Thank heavens for practice squad call-ups

Um - Diggs and Hollins used to be our WR's, we ran one out of town, and cheaped out on the other guy.

Josh will play out his final years for the Rams or Niners back in his home state., or maybe he will retire early and just enjoy life outside of football.

That’s false.  Diggs wanted out and forced his way off the team after getting an extension.  He left the bills with a hole at wr and cap issue that hurt the team.

just like he did in Minnesota.   In no way was he run out of town.

We 100% need a fresh start at GM and Coach. We have for years.. Instead we fiddled around, happy that the drought was over and wasted Allen's best years

And the wasting of Josh’s prime was the biggest travesty of all. I saw a Qb yesterday that knew it wa over. You could see that in his eyes.

Gane over for this regime. They are finished.

Watching Josh stand up press conferences and fall on his sword after these games is pretty stale. I'd like to see Beane up there and asked some real questions!

It’s a league rule, qb’s have to talk after games.

They play like professional athletes should even though one does not possess quality human characteristics.

Palmer is better than Hollins and it's not close if you look at their careers.

Stale is the best way to describe the current situation.  McBeane looks like they have no more bullets left in the holster, no more levers to pull.  I give somebody in the organization credit for not burning high draft picks at the deadline.  McBeane had their time, couldn’t get it done.  Time for a new GM and coach.  McVay seems unrealistic.  Shanahan seems like he needs a change of scenery.  I’d go after him.

I could see him going to one of those teams and winning a SB with Shanahan or McVay

Or.

Kyle Shanahan’s time could be up in SF.  I would love Shannan here as coach running the offense.  He can get four furloughed postal workers to run a good offense and score points.

if you gave Shanahan Allen, cook, Kincaid and a good offensive line he will turn over every stone finding wr to do what he wants.

i don’t think this is the year the shanahan regime is ousted in SF but it’s getting close.

tomlin, shanahan, McDermott, harbaugh are all veteran coaches who are walking the right rope this year.  I don’t think there is anyway McDermott goes anywhere in a year leading into opening a new stadium however.
