Elijah kimble

Current JR at Canisius HS... A 4 star top 15 ranked running back nationally with offers from Ohio State and Michigan and Georgia and basically everybody

Been watching in the last 3 years and this kid is showing that big time players can come out of Western New York without transferring to a ohio or Pennsylvania school

Good luck in the playoffs canisius!

And good luck Elijah!

Buffalo/WNY are starting to churn out consistent D1 players

WNY produced a SB QB and an all-time TE already

Considering  New York state is barely borderline a top 25-30 HS football state

And buffalo hasn't had a four-star prospect in years this is not a small feat

Even our top players like gronkowski went to Pennsylvania to finish their career

We don't have a lot of 4* guys in Buffalo who stay their entire high School career

In seriousness tho, thats awesome. I love following local kids

40 D1 scholarships is insane!

I've been told he really likes ohio state at @YoloinOhio

Unfortunately there's no way he will take the UB offer

I don't think my NIL deal of 6 pack of webers mustard with a family pack of sahlens will close the deal

Budget is tight

One thing I miss not getting the Buffalo News anymore was to see the ALL-WNY teams in all the sports. Going back to my teens I looked forward to it and then following the rare kid who went D-I.

When I saw the title of this thread, I assumed he must be a basketball prospect. It didn't even occur to me that a blue chip football player was coming out of Buffalo.

Really cool.  Good for him.

As a Joe's boy, I still have a hard time rooting for our arch-nemesis, but I will say "Good Day, Sir!"

Canisius is considered one of the best School in the area private.. Bennett would be considered the best public school

Both in the City of Buffalo

Both put out division one players at a fairly consistent rate but not four stars

Canisius is considered the gold standard they've had five alumni on NFL rosters in the last 8-10 years

They did have a four-star quarterback like 5 years ago but he left after his sophomore year so again he didn't stay here

Elijah is staying at canisius
