If in Week 18, we have locked up the AFC 1-seed and are resting starters, how will it have happened?

1.  We get healthy

2.  Trade for Olave as #1

3.  Move Keon to #4/5 receiver

4.  Gabe is a healthy #4/5 receiver

5.  Trade for a safety and release/demote Rapp

6.   Hairston is the real deal

7.   James Cook is used on third down

8.  We remembered to use our RBs in the pass game

9.  We remembered how to tackle and get off 3rd downs

10.  Offensively, 3rd downs are almost automatic again!

At 1:15 pm EST on November 23, 2025, a large meteor strikes Arrowhead Stadium, taking out almost the entire roster of the Chiefs and the Colts.  Only Xavier Worthy survives, but his right leg must be amputated at the knee, leaving him only slightly faster than Keon Coleman.

haha yep.  Plus a couple other sites around the United States.

The only way this happens is if Josh goes off-script whenever he feels the urge. The cowardly coach won't willingly remove the shackles and the incompetent gm isn't going to help with the roster in any meaningful way.

New England is going to lose some games that look like definite wins as of today.  Buffalo will win some games that look like probable losses as of today,

so all it will take is an as of yet unknown opponent killing WR arriving out of thin air, Hairston who hasn't played football in a relatively long time (and never in the NFL) due to injury .....and "Milano staying healthy"

yeah, I can see that.
