Who calls a time out to punt when it's an obvious punting situation?  Woody's on the phone to Kraft asking how to fire a 1st year head coach.

but there is nothing going on in a soccer game at that moment either.  Sure they don't take breaks but honestly why would they?  They are basically not doing anything.
