[Question] Top 3 Players Currently In The NFL Who Deserve a SB Ring

Taking QBs out of the choices, I’ll go with:

Trent Williams, Myles Garrett and Derrick Henry.  I had originally typed TJ Watt over Henry but had a change of heart

 

QBs- Allen, Lamar, Burrow.

I think the general question was what good players, who have been in the league a long time and possibly on bad teams, deserve to have won a superbowl.  I liked what Simon posted above

You don't have to like or agree, but he contributed here, like the OP asked. HINT: there is no right answer. Just opinions. Yours isn't any more  coreect than Jdragon2. No matter what Simon says.

Super Bowl rings aren't beauty contests.  If you're on a team that wins one you deserve it. If you're not, you don't.

T.J.Watt.  Won defensive player of the year and always with multiple digit sacks.  
 

I found out that his team has not even won a playoff game.

Jackson has "done everything"?  He's a playoff dud, a liability.  Josh has carried his team through playoff runs.

True but if he eventually leads the Ravens to a Super Bowl win then he won't be known as a QB who chokes in the playoffs anymore. He has done everything in the regular season including winning the MVP. Right now, the top QBs in the league are Mahomes, Allen and Jackson.

well if he wins a SB then he will have deserved it.  right now he really doesn't--he hasn't put his team on his back to any impressive degree after week 18.  That's what, to me, deserving a SB ring means.  Jackson has 2 (1 deserved) MVP, which is like "winning" the regular season, I guess. he doesn't deserve to have won a SB yet.  

 

Henry, on the other hand absolutely deserves one--especially in 2020 when he averaged 150 YPG over 3 playoff games (and over 100 YPG in 9 career playoff games).  That's a guy who has carried his teams.
