boyst Posted Tuesday at 02:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 02:51 PM (edited) A good discussion at work came up that is worthy of bringing here. Which 3 players in the league most deserve a SB Ring? The only unanimous decision was Jason Peters. So, give your list of the current 3 active players who most deserve it. Take some time to research it, too, if you'd like. Many older players are in the league but most of them have a SB Ring. Edited Tuesday at 03:04 PM by boyst Quote
Gregg Posted Tuesday at 02:54 PM Posted Tuesday at 02:54 PM (edited) Allen, Jackson, Henry. Three future HOF players who have done everything except win a Super Bowl. It's the only thing left for these players to do in their careers. Edited Tuesday at 04:47 PM by Gregg 2 1 Quote

He suffered a season ending injury but still is technically a super bowl winner. 1 Quote
BullBuchanan Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM Add DHop and Trent Williams above Allen and Jackson. Quote
Simon Posted Tuesday at 03:16 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:16 PM Calais Campbell Trent Williams Cam Heyward Honorable mention: Cameron Jordan Everybody else can get in line. 3 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted Tuesday at 03:28 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:28 PM (edited) Deserve? Not sure what that criteria means. But if it is a good to great player that is great in the community, I'd add Dion Dawkins to the list. In terms of just pure talent, then it would be future HOFs like Allen, Jackson, Henry, Trent Williams, Quenton Nelson, Justin Jefferson. And Myles Garrett. FYI if you ask AI this question they have Travis Kelce listed as not winning a championship... Edited Tuesday at 04:56 PM by Ethan in Cleveland Quote
MJS Posted Tuesday at 03:29 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:29 PM (edited) I don't think anyone deserves a superbowl win. If you want one, go win one. Edited Tuesday at 03:29 PM by MJS 4 1 Quote

Sure, cause players like Mike Evans can throw themselves the ball. Or Calais Campbell can score on Offense. I think the general question was what good players, who have been in the league a long time and possibly on bad teams, deserve to have won a superbowl. I liked what Simon posted above 1 1 Quote

Good call on Cam Heyward. He's been a loyal soldier in Pittsburgh and there is nothing more that he could be doing to help his team win. Quote

Jdragon2 Posted Tuesday at 04:35 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:35 PM Back on topic I might loop in Kyle Juszczyk. Dude has done one thing ridiculously well forever. No bad press except one reporter interaction. 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted Tuesday at 04:40 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:40 PM I throw Jared Goff in the mix. Guy was the QB on a Ramsey Super Bowl team that lost. Then it seemed he was scapegoated and shipped out of town. Rams brought Stafford in and won the big game...but Stafford wasn't the reason. LA would have won that if Goff was the QB IMO. Quote
quincy Posted Tuesday at 06:12 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:12 PM Calais Campbell, Cameron Jordan and Khalil Mack are the three players that I am thinking of that are real veterans that fit this criteria the most. Marcedes Lewis is not on a roster but I don't think he has retired so he could be on this list later in the season. Quote
Bermuda Triangle Posted Tuesday at 06:17 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:17 PM Lots of deserving names thrown out so far, but haven’t Mike Evans and Stephon Gilmore already been on a Super Bowl Champion team? Quote
