Ticketmaster Login Problems

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the Bills account manager/Ticketmaster?

I've had nothing but problems with this system. Oh how I miss the paper tickets.

Phish broke it this morning. It was chaos and full of bots.

true dat...logged on 15 mins pror to noon for get one freaking ticket to the Phish NYE show at MSG and I was number 111,567 in queue...at 12:16 they posted tickets are now limited and you may not get any...talk about a monopoly...

I was 600, added my tickets, and it froze on me while checking out. Logged back in and I was like 15000 in the queue. Awful.

Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app helps

Had a ton of problems last year. Every time I tried to login had to change password…even though it was the password I changed it to!!

 

This year has been better.

I'm curious about the demographics of posters actively commiserating in this thread. Has to skew older, right? 

 

(I, too, have struggled with Ticketmaster at inopportune times, to be clear.)

The Ticketmaster website was a nightmare for me all week looking for tickets for tomorrows game. I’d filter to the number of tickets and price then it would crash, the search by seat map didn’t work. Then I finally select the seats and they’re no longer available, a dozen times. 
 

One positive experience, I got tickets and parking from seat geek (amount paid not a positive) but I log into the Bills Mobile app and it automatically finds your tickets and adds them.

App is garbage  was buying tickets to TSO last week and had to change my password 3 times, THEN again on my phone to actually see the tickets

The NFL owners don't care about your little problems, just sign in struggle buy the tickets than shut up

Can’t use an app……..skus old

Phush……….skus a little younger

 

Conclusion:  It’s tough to nail down the age but a common thread with people temporarily unable to use an app and people trying to get Phish ticket might be pot.  They could be stoned.

wrong the ticketmaster app was full of users and bots harvesting tickets to be primarily sold on secondary markets at higher prices

I have as much or more respect for old people than anyone, but let’s face it, they think of land line phones with push buttons instead of rotary as “high tech”.

Just popped into the Bills app on my phone, when I click manage my tickets and then try to open a specific game it keeps booting me out, so yeah.  Seems to be issues.

 

I almost always add my tickets to Google wallet as Ticketmaster, and the Bills app can be a nightmare sometimes and I hate the idea of it acting up when I'm at the gate.

Bills site should be fixed by then.  You can call the team box office also, to explain the situation.  I can't make it to the stadium tomorrow, but if I was going I'd be super stressed.  I get it.

Good news! I'm not sure what I did, but I finally got it to work. Going to the game tomorrow and I'll get home the same day. Did I mention how much I love 1:00 games!🥳
