They don't have to make a decision on Ogunjobi till his suspension is over. Best bet Philips to the practice squad as injury protection or potential replacement for Carter if they can trade him.

Yep, he wasn't even invited to another team's training camp, and now we are signing him to the active roster two weeks before week 1. I can't explain it.
