WR production vs press coverage

• Josh Palmer is one of the worst
• Worthy is also one of the worst
• McConkey is great against press
• Don't see Shakir listed in the chart, likely due to not enough routes facing press converage
• The only Bills receiver in first quadrant is Coleman

Hold up, this offseason someone posted a chart showing where Palmer was 6th against man I thought?  I know it was posted he was 6th among all WR in separation.

At the end of the day, we have Josh Allen and he makes everyone around him better. Palmer should be an upgrade to last year and Josh will inevitably make him better. Go Bills!

It's about production. Palmer hasn't been super productive even though he is really good at beating man coverage and getting separation. I bet that includes press coverage. But he didn't get a lot of targets.

And there is a difference between beating your man and actually getting targeted (production). I bet he is good against press coverage. He just doesn't have the production.

Oh thank god we got another WR thread - was really getting worried we were going to miss the daily quota for new threads about the WR's.

Wasn’t a huge McConkey fan prior to the draft but thought he was above Pearsall/Worthy/Legette/Coleman in quality. 
 

Not disregarding what Coleman may turn out to be, which I believe is a solid journeyman at worst, but the more I see, read and hear regarding Ladd it’s tough to argue against him. Guy looks the part of being a damn good receiver.
